We want to personally Thank your kind employee Trystan from your 151st street location in Olathe, KS!! He made a very difficult day for us a little less painful with his kind words. He cared about us beyound our order or ticket number by showing us great understanding and compassion. We will be lifetime customers with culvers now due to his warm heart he showed our Gemma. Today we found out Gemma our family dog has bone cancer with weeks to live. As kids and I were sat down to discuss the xrays we were in disbelief. Only kind moments like this evening can remind you that what life brings you is always unexpected but not all bad!

First off, amazing food. The food always comes out hot and fresh. The fruits always are fresh and high quality. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with cheese curds. I always love these. Their ranch is good also. I also love the shrimp dinner. The atmosphere was very country and I like that. The bathrooms and dining room are always clean. The staff is always friendly.

I usually leave reviews on Yelp but couldn’t but also leave a review on Google. Food was superb! Juicy, buttery, and fresh! Customer service was also amazing! Apparently we were overcharged (not as in mischarged), just we paid more for something we could’ve paid less for and the manager (I think?) came out and gave us 2 complimentary tickets for 2 baskets and apologized, which he didn’t to since we’re the one that made the choice to not get the basket option! Totally was not necessary but it made our experience better! Anyway, the butterburger deluxe, so good. Fries, yes. Cheese curds, yaaaas! Oreo concrete, wow!

The lady employee (she said that she’d been a teacher, my aunt told me) that helped with the scouts volunteering the other night was so sweet. It is a blast to watch her take her time with each one of the scouts with a genuine smile that night. Then the little blonde gal and the guy trainers name that started with a K were patient with me and my ordering since I hadn’t been to a restaurant in forever. Ordered 6 plain patties with cheese on them, perfect.

I have never been to a Culvers before we moved here, about a year ago. I usually dont like to make reviews until I have been to an establishment a couple times. I have been here a handful of times. So over the last year I have not had one bad experience. Rhey have always gotten the order right. I have never gotten the wrong food or had an issue with my order, its always been on point! The one we go to is in Gardner. The staff always pleasant, quick, and food is always fresh. Idk how many times they have asked me if i want pickles on my chicken sandwich, and it prompts me like oh no take those off! Idk how they do it, but you guys have set the bar for fast food. Staff in Gardner hands down for being amazing all the time! You guys are consistently on top of it. You will put McDonalds out of business with service and food like that! So thank you!!!

First time here, or any restaurant in this chain. We do not have it in Washington State, where I’m from.
The service was fast and friendly. The restaurant, drink and condiments, and bathroom areas were all clean and looked new. The outside parking and landscaping looked well kept.
The food (burgers – fries – onion rings) was tasty and at a good price. I also tried a couple unique items on the menu – was very happy!! Pretzel Bites & Cheese (plus the) Deep Fried Cheese Curds. Enjoyed them very much.
If ever out this way again – I’ll go again!!

Use to be a good place with some organization.. Now its just seems love a bunch of kids having a good time that just dont care that customers are actually the reason they’re there, and we pay good money for a meal and at the least expect to get what we paid for..Today on my lunch break I paid for 2 baskets I had to turn around and drive back because they left out part of my order. When I walked in and told the shift leader I had to drive back to get the rest of my order she looked at me like I was bothering her and her friends convo and gave me my fries without any apology at all..mind you now my burger is ice cold. I ask her can you warm up my burger for me so it’ll be warm again she looked at me like I was speaking a different language. I told her never mind have a good day and walked out with the cold burger and fries they left out. This happened 11/29/25 around 12:40 pm at the 151st Street location in olathe
