Came in on a busy Saturday evening and service was fantastic! The atmosphere was really cool, very hip and just super cute. The food was amazing! Fried pickles and motz sticks were great appetizers. The burger was fresh and delicious! And the strawberry banana açaí bowl was fantastic, I will definitely be back!

The atmosphere really rounds out the experience. The music was on point while I waitedand also while I ate, the entire shop was spotless, and the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming. If you have a sweet tooth—especially for a proper milkshake—this is officially the spot. I’m already planning my next visit to bring the kids so they can try some of the more unique desserts!

The burger was tasty and fresh. The milkshake was thick! Like we drove an hour home and still had a hard time drinking it through the straw.
Of course, we asked for no sprinkles, cherry or whip cream but they applied it regardless so loss of ⭐ on service.
The place is small inside (30 seats) and there is outdoor seating but patio smells like cat urine.
For a quick, fresh made and shake, I’d recommend this place.

Menu has a wide variety of choices for everyone’s preference. Staff is very friendly and provides fast service. Burgers are so yummy and all the treats are so delicious. Every time I come they surpass all my expectations, and I love how they bring the items to the table as soon as there prepared instead of waiting for the whole order !!!

We tried The Neighborhood Scoop today after hearing my family (all born & raised in Pasadena) rave about how good the burgers were. They were right, the burgers we got were SO DELICIOUS! They are made fresh, so you do have to wait a little bit for them but it was worth it. Tater totts were super crispy as were the fries…which looked like double batter fries and they were seasoned. All of the vegetable topping were all very fresh and nothing looked wilted, and the sauce on the burger was really good! I love that they put the American flag on the burger! It’s so nice to see people have pride in our country! We didn’t realize the burgers were so big, so we did not end up getting a dessert but next time we’re ordering to make room! So many different sweet options to choose from and they all look amazing! Don’t pass up this place in old town Pasadena, they are killing it!

First time today and the Burgers were seasoned very good and customer service was great. The fried Oreos were so good too. And my strawberry refresher was tasty as well. I’ll just make sure to ask for light ice next time. The environment was nice as well. Good vibes. I will be back 🙂

They have a lot of shakes and drinks. A little high. You get refills on the normal drinks. The adult shakes cost about the same as the regular ones. Then a full selection of blue bell ive cream. They had a cookies and cream cheesecake. So original and other flavors. Plus connect 4!!
