Had a great time! We had a large group of around 10 and they got us seated quickly and our waitress Jenna was fantastic! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was wonderful… the restaurant sits on the shore and has wonderful views. Highly recommended if your in the area.

Beautiful view by the water; however we waited 45 min for a table of 3 on a Saturday evening. And the live music was SO loud that the waitress couldn’t even understand us. We were literally shouting. We couldn’t carry on a conversation at all. Service was friendly and food tasted okay, but I wouldn’t go back when they are having live music.

Loved Cleats!
After a long day on the water the family and I settled down for dinner on the patio and watched the sunset. Everyone loved the food….so much so, that I only managed to take a photo of our appetizer.
I would 1,000% come back for a cold beer, another helping of seafood rangoon dip, some coconut shrimp and walleye!

Food is always great! Tvs tend to be to loud at lunchtime. Service leaves a lot to be desired. You wait to get seated even though they are not busy. You wait even longer for drinks and menu and to order. I have spent up to an hour and a half total from beginning to end of meal. Way to long for a lunchtime meal. If it wasn’t for the good food, I would not come back.

Typing as we experience this place. Met by an incredibly snarky lady hostess who treats guests like they’re 3 years old, rather ignominious start.
Ok it’s been an hour since the Buckeyes game was over and they have Jeopardy on all the screens!! Snarky hostess said 15 minutes ago she’d put games on. I don’t have to wait for the food, first Saturday off in 5 years and chose the worst possible “Sports Bar”!
Finally had to go to my car and get my tablet and stream football games at our table . Every other area had different games on the TVs, not the overly loud dining room though. As you can see from pics.

This was our first time at Cleats in Marblehead! Our dinner was fabulous and our waitress Alicia was the best. One of the best waitresses we’ve ever had in the 40 years (almost ) September 7th that we’ve been married!! If you read this we are the couple from Oregon, Ohio. We will be back for sure.

We stopped at Cleats while visiting Marblehead; we waited over 20 minutes to be seated! We were just about ready to leave when the hostess approached us to be seated. We were a little concerned about how long it would take to get our order and food. Fortunately, a waitress approached us a few minutes later and took our order. Our food arrived in a timely manner also and was pretty good. Barring the time we waited to be seated, we would probably go there again.

This place is sooooooo good. Plus the view was great! You sat by the windows and get a great view of the boat docks. It’s so nice. We started with the giant pretzel. It came with ranch bacon dressing and beer cheese. It was crisp and had a great middle chew. My favorite thing I had. The waitress suggested wings and to just have dry rub on them. The outside again was crisp and the inside was still moist. It rocked. Then the meals. My friend had perch tacos and said they were delicious. So good she didn’t share. I had the hot honey pita chicken taco. They were good and spicy. I had a side of pasta salad with mine and no complaints here. Everything was great! Hope you all check out this treasure.

The atmosphere is nice because the restaurant is by the river. But the food fell short of expectations for tacos. In particular, slide burgers had a hard taste because the bread was old, and patties had a dry taste.
