Do not get food from this location. They make the food wrong every time we come to this location. Tonight was the worst. $10 for a box and my cheese quesadilla had literally no cheese on over 1/2 of it, the other half had a tiny bit!!! The tortilla also was rock hard.

If I’m paying for food I want it how I order it. Ordered a lux box and 7 additional items.. the food for the Box wasn’t in a box because “ they’re running low on boxes”.. like ok. so I had to open my food in the car and I STILL had to come inside and get my item they forgot (twice) and gave me churros for my “troubles” I didn’t want any damn churros, I just wanted my food made right… the lack of accountability is insane especially considering I’m spending my money. And they still forgot my damn sauce bruh

My roommate and I went to Taco Bell at this specific location because the app showed they had the new birthday cake churros. I placed a mobile order for pickup inside, but when we arrived, the doors were locked, so we had to go through the drive-thru instead—not a big deal.

After receiving our order, I asked my roommate to check if the churros were included, and they weren’t. So, I went back through the drive-thru to let them know we had received cinnabon delights instead. The employee informed me that they didn’t have the churros in stock, so they substituted them without notifying us. I simply mentioned that I wished they had told us beforehand.

At that point, the employee got an attitude and said, “First of all—pull up.” Before I even reached the window, she leaned out to look at me approaching. Once I got there, she explained that the app is managed by a third party, so they had no way of notifying through the third party that the item was unavailable. She added that they substituted it to be accommodating. I responded, “I appreciate that, but I just wish someone had informed us when we picked up our food.”

She then asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I asked whether that would cancel just the churros or the entire order, and she said it would cancel everything. Since we had already received our food, I told her we would just keep it. She then gave me a sarcastic “Have a good day” before slamming the window.

When I got home, I realized they hadn’t included the avocado verde salsa that comes with my Cantina tacos. On top of that, my tacos were burnt and had the wrong meat—I had swapped the chicken for seasoned beef, but they didn’t make the change.

I am allergic to beans that Taco Bell uses for their burritos. I came to the drive-through today and asked them to substitute the beans for ground beef and I will pay the difference. They told me no and that they could not do that even though I have an allergic allergy that will swell up my throat if I eat the Taco Bell beans! I would never ever go to this location ever again and also I let corporate know how this location is willing to kill people instead of protecting them with their allergies!

Ordered crispy cantina tacos and it was literally 13.70 for 4 of these tacos and they come out looking like this. It was already weird because there was no one in the drive thru and I had to wait for the tacos so she had me back up to right behind the window so I couldn’t see (but still in the drive thru) and park so I’m sitting almost to the window. Seemed odd. Then I get these crappy tacos. Honestly it’s pretty messed up, prices of everything have gone up and you’re charging $14 for this.

Didn’t get receipt so I didn’t know how much I got charged for or what was on the paper the black lady at the window was ruled when we asked can we get the right slushie that we asked for we directly said the purple slushie and I asked what size do they have she told me or she had an attitude when I directly just asked for the right slushie and then she didn’t even want to give me eye contact anymore it was very unprofessional very disrespectful I didn’t even want my food anymore I threw it away cuz I didn’t know if she did something to it with her attitude so I will not come back to that location ever again and maybe she need to stop being on the headset if you don’t crying about singles very unprofessional no I don’t need to know about your money running out so disgusting ridiculous Taco Bell should be better at this

Horrible service. My order was messed up three separate times on three different days, and today’s experience was by far the worst.
Aiden Howe was extremely rude, unpleasant, and disrespectful. He and the night manager (the one with the ponytail) even slammed the window in my face. Instead of resolving the issue, Aiden continued arguing with me and behaved in an unprofessional manner.
What made the situation even more unacceptable was that, after I called the store, my personal phone number—taken from the store’s caller ID—was misused, and I received calls that I experienced as threatening. This crossed a serious line and is completely inappropriate for anyone working in customer service.
I will be contacting corporate first thing tomorrow morning to report both Aiden and the night manager. The entire experience was unprofessional, unacceptable, and genuinely concerning.

Six star, best over all customers service, with a great smile, made my day.
Value meal, very hot cool with cracker, think the best we both had.

This restaurant doesn’t even deserve a star. I visited this location Wednesday January 22, 25 to grab something quick after work. Pulling up to the location, the woman on pa announced “we’re only accepting cards and we’re not frying anything”… I placed my normal order which was 3x Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco at 11:47pm.

Around 1am Thursday January 23, 25, I noticed a little discomfort, thinking maybe it’s because I haven’t had any fast food in a while. In my sleep that discomfort was still there. 4am I’m running to the bathroom with continuous diarrhea and vomiting. Later realizing I’m experiencing food poisoning. Throughout the day I experienced soreness, fluctuating in body temperature and still diarrhea. If anyone has experienced anything similar to this from this restaurant or any other place, please contact your city’s health department.

I drive up to the window to pick up my order. I pay for it. The girl hands me my drink. Then she asks me to back up so that my car is behind the pole near the window and then pull up again???? I realize that they want my car to reset their timer so that they can say they got the order out fast. I inwardly rolled my eyes and complied. In a few minutes, the girl hands me the bag, and I open it to check the order. The window opens again and there are 3 girls peering out of the window, giving mean looks and motioning me to move out. There is no one behind me except for a car that just pulled up to place an order.
Taco Bell management and employees: Ridiculous “Timed service” and ridiculously rude employees will not help your business. You’ve lost mine.
