We haven’t been to a Olive Garden for maybe 20yrs? The price is still very reasonable and attractive!
Our waitress is fine, it was a busy night and she still manage to come back to check on us a few times. The only complaint, if you wait on a table of eight, its probably best that you write down all of our orders instead of try to remember them LOL well because after she took our orders when she repeat them two orders were already wrong lol
The main course weren’t good but the endless salad, bread and soup were great lol

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to an Olive Garden and tonight’s food reminded me why I don’t come back. The waiter and hostess were great but the food has really gone down hill. I rather cook at home. The Chicken Marsala was over salted. The soup wasn’t hot, more like warm than anything. Only thing that was decent were the bread sticks. I won’t step into a Olive Garden again.

I hate when I get my entree when I’m still eating my soup or salad. It makes me feel rushed and like they don’t appreciate my business. The parking lot is terrible and too small at this location. I have disabled parents and they had to walk a long way to get to the building from where we parked. I will not go back to this location due to parking issues. I had the lighter side cheese ravioli with soup and breadsticks, it is about half the price and half the amount of food, which I believe is the perfect amount.

I can’t tell you. I arrived at 915 pm, its 9:48 pm. I have no water no appetizers. I had to go get a host and ask did i need to eat elsewhere. May I order before the doors are locked. The reason given is the server for the section went home. I was told a manager would come by. A server from a different section came by instead. He relayed a discounted misto through the server instead.
Free fried shrimp doesn’t show concern.
I will tell you that Lennon was the only decent human being with integrity. By 10:15 there’s no salad replenishment nor breadsticks. You package your to go and request mints. I waited on my husband to wash his hands before exiting and the manager still didn’t greet me nor approach me. I won’t return to this establishment. I patronize Merrillville and Lansing only.

UNLESS YOU HAVE 3 HOURS DONT COME HERE. I CHECKED IN AT 6:48PM, EVERYONE NEW WHO CHECKED IN GOT TO GO AHEAD OF ME. WHEN I FINALLY ASKED ABOUT MY TABLE SHE ASKED MY NAME AND PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THE OTHER HOST FORGOT TO CHECK ME IN. & FINALLY WHEN I GET MY TABLE AT 7:45PM THE SERVER JORDYN WAS KIND & TOOK OUR ORDER, THE APPETIZER AND DRINKS/SALAD/BREADSTICKS CAME QUICK. HOWEVER, SHE CAME BACK AND CLEANED OUR TABLE OFF & GAVE US CHOCOLATE. AS WE WAITED PATIENTLY SEEING NEW PEOPLE COME GET A TABLE AND FOOD BEFORE US, OTHER WAITERS HAVING FULL BLOWN CONVERSATIONS NEAR US AND SEEING OUR SERVER LIGHT ON FOR A WHILE NOT ONE PERSON WORKING THOUGHT TO CHECK ON US! SO MANY SERVES NOT DOING ANYTHING BUT TALKING CURSING LOUD AND CRACKING JOKES WITH ONE ANOTHER AND NOT TO MENTION EVEN MANAGER PASSED THE AREA WITH NO CONCERN, FINALLY JORDYN GOT TO US AND WE ASKED FOR OUR FOOD, 2 HOURS LATER WE RECEIVED OUR FOOD 9:45PM. SHE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND EVEN OFFERED HER OWN MONEY TO MAKE UP FOR THE ERROR ON HER PART. IT WASN’T HER FAULT! TO MANY PEOPLE WALKING AROUND NOT CONCERN OR HELPING! I SEEN HER GO FROM TABLE TO TABLE AND WAS VERY POLIET TO OTHERS AND US, I DON’T BLAME HER SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WORKING THAT AREA! SHE EVEN WENT TO HER MANAGER TO EXPLAIN WHAT OCCURRED WHEN I LOOKED OVER HE DIDN’T EVEN SEEM TO CARE OR SHOW CONCERN TO COME APOLOGIZE! UNPROFESSIONAL! THANK YOU JORDYN FOR ACKNOWLEDGING YOUR WRONG & ATTEMPTING TO FIX IT. WHOEVER OWNS THIS LOCATION, THIS ESTABLISHMENT NEEDS RESTRUCTURING FROM THE CHECK IN PROCESS TO THE END IT IS OVERWHELMING, PEOPLE GO OUT TO AVOID THE STRESS OF COOKING OR A LONG WORK WEEK AND I WAS UNABLE TO RELAX AND ENJOY MY EVENING FOR THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The Wife and I went here with two really good Friends and had a great time. We had never eaten at this Olive Garden before. It was very nice and had wonderful Service. I switched it up by having the 6 ounce Serloin with the Alfredo this time and it was delicious. We would definitely go back.

The server was extremely friendly and polite! The food was delicious, with the Tour of Italy being particularly outstanding. However, the rigatoni was a bit firm, though the hot sauce made up for it. Overall, it’s a great place to enjoy pasta.
