I’ve been to the Southlake location but first time at this location. From the friendliness of the host , unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was from GA, to Leo our server, the entire time spent here was excellent. Leo was helpful in offering selections and ensuring we had a great experience! Make sure to ask for Leo when you go! The crab dip with shrimp chips is delicious!

It’s located in the West Village so parking can be a challenge especially during busy times but there is a parking garage.

While visiting Dallas I had fiber at this restaurant. Idid not gave to wait. I was a solo, makes things easier. The service was excelent, hosts were very nice. I ordered a sample locally brew beer. It liked it. As an appetizer i ordered tuna spring rolls which i liked. For the main dish I had Atlantic cod semi spicy. It was spicy, It made sweat :-), but it was tasty. The vegetable and rice balanced the spicy.

I would definitively consider this place next time I am in Sallas.

Delicious Asian fusion dishes! We tried the Malai favorites sampler – which was surprisingly tasty for every item on the dish, especially the chicken satay! Our table tried the chicken pad Thai, pad see ew, pineapple fried rice, and panang curry bowl. Everything was great and the spice level was moderate for our group. Their drink menu was also fun to try including the sugar cane juice and ginger refresher! This location is inside a shopping area and it may be difficult to finding parking. We ended up doing street parking and walking a bit to the restaurant. Thankfully no wait for us and the staff was very kind and patient with our large group, offering fan favorites and recommendations.

I had bookmarked Malai Kitchen and was thrilled to finally dine there.

The restaurant was bustling that evening, but we were seated right away upon arrival. The service was exceptional from start to finish. They offer a full bar with a solid selection of beer, wine, sake, spirits, and cocktails. I enjoyed their house IPA and highly recommend it.

We were served complimentary sticky rice with sauce while we decided on our starter and main course. The shrimp spring rolls made for a tasty appetizer, and the Bangkok Street Fried Rice and Glass Noodles were outstanding entrees. The flavors were vibrant, and the spice levels were perfectly tailored to our request.

The restaurant’s ambiance is warm and modern. Parking is available at the mall or on the street.

Pricing: Moderately high, but well worth it for the quality.

Great food and great service. Most everything can be made to accommodate vegetarian or vegan requests. Went for my parents’ birthdays and were offered a complimentary dessert by our very attentive servers.

We went here Friday, January 2, at 9 pm, and all five items were disappointing:

1. The free sticky rice was fun, but the dipping sauce tasted bad, and was not a delicious peanut sauce.
2. Papaya salad with bacon lacked any papaya taste.
3. Lemongrass soup – this was the first time in 30 years of loving this soup at other places that I did not like it.
4. Drunken Noodles – these were maybe 24-inches long, and narrow noodles, which made them hard to eat. The beef was small cuts. I love this at Noodle Wave but did not like it here.
5. Pineapple Fried Rice – I have always love this until this time. It had no taste.

I love Thai food, having it first in Thailand in 1995, and having it many times a year since, and always loved all of these dishes every place I had them. I get no pleasure from writing this, but was truly surprised that they could score zero-for-5.

First time visit this restaurant several weeks ago with coworkers for birthday celebration. The atmosphere, the environment and the servers are great and amazing. However, the foods were not authentic or good. I had their Thursday lunch special and it tasted differently, even though it was a curry noddle soup, I could barely taste any curry or anything that could stand out. I was quite disappointed. I chatted with my other coworkers and they said their dishes of pad Thai, fried rice and others were okay, not that’s great. Since two of my coworkers had their birthday, the server was amazing to bring out the ice cream and I had to say that was the best things we had that day. Foods were not as great, but service and the atmosphere was outstanding.

Great outdoor patio area for us with our dog, Muad’Dib, on our weekend trip to Dallas. Sarah K. was the best, most friendly, and knowledgeable server we have ever had at any establishment anywhere. She was perfect for our indecisive and adventurous appetites. Highly recommend stopping in, whether for a meal or just happy hour drinks and snacks. Great place for an afternoon social.

Very authentic. The Coconut Soup is the closest dish to Tom Yum Soup. It’s quite sour, and goes really well with rice. Then we ordered Pad Thai. Also, the Vietnamese Pho and curry lamb we had were all very delicious. Only the Pad Thai was a bit too salty; everything else was great. The serving was a bit slow, but the restaurant environment was nice.

Great weather today, decided to grab a snack and drink after some shopping. Staff were so friendly and service was 10/10. Their food I tried was soooo good. And the bar tender actually made my martini perfectly , made my day
