Went through drive thru. Ordered. Told me to park it. 15 minutes later got food. Ordered two salads and 10 wings, sauce on the side. Only got 9 very small wings, mostly flats, no sauce. Zaxby’s sucks.

We had never eaten Zaxby’s before. Let me recommend those cheesecake bites here. Food was good, place was clean. The girl who took our order was friendly. We went back for those cheesecake bites on the way out and a worker named Lexi was asked to take our order and when I tell you she rolled her eyes at me SO hard for simply standing in line to order food. Felt sorry to be such an inconvenience to her, but this is a worker problem, not a restaurant problem.

The store was very clean and the workers are nice. However I received my nibblerz meal with burnt bread and the bread was all over the box. Never opened an order and it look like that. Chicken also tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Very clean but will not be returning. The lack of people is a bad sign.

Very disappointed at how much Zaxby’s has changed. I came here for the first time in 10 years and was shocked find how tiny the portions are and the food tastes like processed KFC chicken now. The restaurant and staff were great but y’all better go back to 2012 with the food portions and quality real quick or else you’ll lose a lot of business just like Sonny’s did.
