I was here on 2/14/26- the service was terrible. We waited over an hr for our food, and when we got it the quality of it matched the service. Tortillas were hard as if the burritos had made a long while before they were ordered. I understand getting ahead I don’t understand serving food that can be used as a door knocker because it’s so hard. No Bueno. This added a whole hr to our already long trip.

Believe they underestimated the business and staff members needed. So busy and crammed packed and Staff members were ignoring customers. Seems like focus was on DriveThru. Customers standing at register for over 15 mins. Sign put up to encourage us to use the Kiosk but a line started forming. So staff ignored line forming at register, even when called for assistance. Restroom was disgustingly unclean. Floors in restaurant were wet and filthy. Drink station was out of lids for L cups. My order took 43 minutes. Order was cold and stale, as busy as they were and the fryers going off every few minutes I expected order would be fresh at least after such a long wait, but NOPE. I ordered a S’mores McFlurry and wasn’t given it so I asked for it and staff acted like I didn’t pay for it when I did and said I needed it cuz $6 was paid. When given it ♀️ ♀️ it was NOT a McFlurry but a cup of vanilla ice cream with some tops dumped on top. Fries were stale. Chicken sandwich was so sloppy in cart box and just messy, had to reorganize it. Nuggets were cold and dry. Watching others wait for their orders and focus was mostly on drive thru food which felt unfair. Unsatisfied! Do Better!

We placed a mobile order to go, place was packed. It usually is the Sat after Thanksgiving while we are traveling home from Bakersfield each year. We know the food is terrible and a long wait but this time they just completely forgot my 2 cheeseburger meal. I saw the order in front of me was incorrect but I just grabbed the bag and left as we were waiting forever for ours. Luckily about half the kids order came and I should have checked. Still hungry and out a 2 cheeseburger meal.

I like my meat rare but this goes beyond rare, its dissapointment that its so expensive yet so poor on quality.. Mcdonalds have a procedure to make burgers and timers yet employees dont follow them and we as customers are the ones paying the price. The only good experience about my visit is that the guy that took my order acutally listened he lloked hard working for a kid..kiosk wasnt working that day.

This particular location is the poster child of how deplorable the McDonald’s chain is getting. I don’t know how this location can operate with all the sanitary violations it had. Up in front man in the station was the typical pothead teenager which somehow managed to forget he was working there and was more preoccupied on making his hat the perfect angle. during my 25-minute wait for some chicken nuggets and two sodas and some fries plenty of drive-thru customers were angrily complaining about missed orders or waiting for an extensive amount of time and no one took their food. The sad part is it was not that busy but they somehow managed to mess up almost every single order.

I ordered pick up online, the first server spoke to me extremely coldly that my order still needs waiting and even shot me a glare when I tell my order number! I was just standing in front of my food bag waiting, and two minutes later—without any food having been added to my package—I was told by the second staff member that my food was ready. The Second Lady is friendly by the way. If an employee doesn’t like her job, she absolutely shouldn’t force herself to do it.
