My fiance walked in for pizza and soda and it was not busy aside from one or two other customers waiting. An older Italian man at the front counter did not greet or acknowledge him as he picked up the sodas and waited his turn. There was another customer in there that was being helped first, and when it was my fiancé’s turn, he was then STILL ignored and not acknowledged but then customer’s coming in after him were being greeted and acknowledged and helped instead and he never was to the point where he left without ordering. I don’t like to throw the race card around but I would like to point out my fiance is a black man and those being acknowledged and NOT ignored in this establishment were not. This is absolutely unacceptable as someone who has 10+ years in customer service myself, an employee should not be working a front counter with this type of attitude and treatment towards certain individuals. Very disappointed in this LC’s store for hiring someone with awful manners.

My order was ready early and exactly what I ordered. Finally an LC that actually includes the extra sauce. I don’t care what the haters say, the flavor of the deep dish is great and the price cannot be beat.

I haven’t tried Little Caesars in a few years, thought I’d give it a try. After an hour of waiting for my order, it was canceled by DoorDash. I called the service number, and spoke to someone, unclear whether it was DoorDash or a Little Caesars representative because of the badly broken English. I think she said the driver had car trouble, I asked for the order to simply be replaced since the restaurant was open for another hour, but she said that wasn’t possible but I couldn’t understand the explanation. She offered a refund as my only option (not sure why that isn’t automatic when the order is cancelled). This could’ve just been a delay, but terrible customer service guarantees that I won’t be coming back.

If you’re looking for a real review that isn’t blinded by “cheap” prices, here it is. Little Caesars is by far the worst pizza place right now. The workers are friendly, the atmosphere is fine, and surprisingly the sides and wings are some of the best I’ve had from a pizza chain. But passing off this pizza as actual food is a joke. Anyone with a brain will eat it with disgust, because that’s exactly what it is — disgusting. You’d be better off buying frozen party pizzas from the grocery store; they taste better. It’s a shame I have to leave 1 star since everything else about this place is great… except the main reason you’d go there in the first place: the pizza. And this isn’t a location issue this brand just makes terrible pizza all around.

Little Caesars is my guilty pleasure. It is a chain that gets repeat business from me. I enjoy their thick crust Detroit Style Pizza and the meat lovers version is very good. Tonight I ordered in advance through their app and when I arrived for pickup it was coming right out of the oven. I also think you get a lot of pizza for the price.

Walked in, guy behind the counter had his back to me working on a computer. Lady in back making food. No one acknowledged me. I waited for about 3min. Walked out and turned around to see if the guy would turn around….. Nope. Called to voice my displeasure….. Lady answered, yelled at me in broken english and hung up. Never again. Sheetz next door has better food & service.
