Got my food this morning of course orange juice machine wasn’t working so they replaced my almost $4 orange juices all with $1 cokes and didn’t refund the difference on top of that the steak bagels meat was literally in pieces stuffed into the sandwich. Hey just a little advice if the patty fell apart during cooking maybe you should toss it and not try to give it to the customer. Just pure laziness at this location.

I had multiple bad experiences with this location and the night time management. They had incorrect made my food when I went back in the night manager was trying to take my food back into the kitchen, which I believe is a health code violation, and in the end gave me back my food that looked like it had been pulled from someone’s already made food. So I in the end asked for a refund. Also I put in a mobile order and then was missing over half my food from the order. Then was told they were too busy to correct the issue.

Drive thru has been getting really rough lately. I have yet to get an order right from this location. Either I order a plain burger and it comes loaded with sauce or I order a meal and it doesn’t come with fries or I get the wrong drink. It is very frustrating and it doesn’t take a rock scientists to get a food order right.
The fact when I mention hey this isn’t correct or this is the wrong drink they roll their eyes or get an attitude saying this is McDonald’s do you want it your way go to Burger King… Like very rude …. If you don’t want to work don’t work.

I literally never do reviews but people need to know about this… I went through the drive thru where they first can’t locate my order after confirming my order number 5 times. Then finally they find it and bring it out but once I get home to take a bite of a chicken nugget and it’s freaking RAW! EVERY NUGGET WAS RAW. Then I try to call them and they answer and hang up. So now husbands heading back to their location and I’ll be calling a manager tomorrow.

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and when I’m buying into my sandwich I keep getting a hard piece of paper, YES literally paper in my sandwich. As you can see in the top left side of the first picture the cooks made and put together my sandwich with the paper that divides the meats from one another in my sandwich they probably cooked it like that too considering the cheese and everything else is cooked stuck on it. I am completely in shock. Neat-less to say I will not be returning to that location. It was my first and last time EVER!! You guys need to figure your food prep and service immediately because that’s just unacceptable. PERIOD!!

I don’t know who was in charge of this shift but they do not know what they’re doing. Absolutely no clue. Store had no leadership today at 3:00pm. Gave me half my meal and then 15 minutes later gave me the other half. Keep in mind this was a TO GO order. And when i finally got my second half my large fries had 15 fires at most. Its McDonald’s, its not that hard. Do better

Ordered through the mobile app at 12:14 and arrived at 12:26. Was forced to wait until 12:42 and was told they are closed and will not make my food after I had already paid. This place and their management is fine stealing your money, wasting your time, and ruining brand reputation. I’m highly disappointed with my experience

Went through drive thew noticed on the screen my dipping sauce selection was incorrect. Told the cashier this at the window she said she would “let them know”. When I drove forward to pick up my order I again verified “the sauce is ranch right”? The girl put her hands on her hips and looks at me like of course I did, do I look stupid to you? Unfortunately, yes she was!! Wrong fricken sauce!!

Do not go to this location. We waited for 30 minutes in the mobile pick up parking and no one ever came out. I went inside twice and the crew wouldn’t even meet anyone’s eyes. They wouldn’t staff the register and they wouldn’t help anyone waiting. They just ignored us. We gave up after half an hour and couldn’t get a refund through the app. Amazingly bad service and zero consideration given to the dozen plus people waiting on their food.
