I gave this a 5 star rating SOLELY because of our server. She was amazing we sat in the bar area, Im not sure of her name but she has blonde hair. We had some issues with our food the order was put in correctly, but the chicken crispers were literally so small and under cooked and my husbands steak was ordered medium well and came out rare. Our server apologized in a very respectful way and got us new food as soon as possible. we reminded her that it wasn’t her fault that she’s not cooking the food! The only reason we will be returning is for her!

Believe it or not, this was our first time here. I highly recommend getting your name on the wait list so you actually don’t have to wait at the restaurant for 45 mins for a table on the weekend. Our server was friendly and didn’t even write down our order for a party of five! She got it all correct. Nice variety of meals and everything was cooked perfectly… burgers, chicken, steak, shrimp, wings. Save room for dessert! My fav was the warm chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream.

I was NOT expecting Chili’s to come swinging like this.
The Alex Santa Fe Burger? Juicy, flavorful, cooked perfectly — I almost needed to sign a waiver before biting into it because it was that good. The Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks? These things weren’t just appetizers; they were architectural marvels. We’re talking mozzarella sticks the size of minivans, fried golden and pulling cheese strings that could probably double as jump ropes.
I also had the chicken crispers with that chipotle honey sauce — absolute perfection. And then there was this eggroll-looking thing with a creamy white sauce on the side… I couldn’t even tell you what it was, but my taste buds signed the adoption papers immediately.
Service? On point. Shoutout to our waiter (wish I got your name) — food came out quick, hot, and ready to destroy our hunger.
I came in expecting “typical Chili’s,” and left completely impressed. Chili’s, you have leveled up.

So last saturday we ordered takeout got there a little early waited another half hour they were busy so it was understandable we ordered 5 meals. Only got 4 and 3 things of salsa and no chips I live ahalf hour away so i called and spoke with the manager he said how sorry he was and that he would of had me come and. Get the meal but again we were
A half hour away so he said he would email my wife a 30 dollar gift card and that never happened li can understand being busy and he seemed like he did care but rhn you just dont let that type of stuff slip your mind i wont go. Again i mean paying 20 bucks for a meal and then you gotta run and get fast food because the place didnt do their Job and then just payed me no mind when i called … just check your order befor you leav no m atter how packed the place is cause these places dont care about customer service anymore

Me and my son stopped in for a quick lunch after basketball practice.
Our server Lisa was attentive and cheerful. The manager Nate swung by the table to check on us to make sure we were taken care of.

What are you guys doing over here, I’m so honest poor service bad wait time and food was honestly just mid the waiter was cool but she’s lost she is confused we’ve been here for three hours I want to leave I gave a two star but it just got worse so gave a one star. I haven’t been to a Chili’s in years. Delicious food and wonderful service. I couldn’t ask for more on a busy Friday night. The wait time was about 10 minutes. We were told half an hour. The waitress was great. She was super attentive and friendly. The food and drinks were perfect. We ordered espresso martinis, triple dipper, and steak fajitas. Can’t wait to be back!
