It all began on January 27, 1958. With $50 in the cash register, Del and Helen Johnson opened “Sizzler Family Steak House” in in Culver City, California. This was the place where everyone could enjoy a great steak dinner at an affordable price. Today, we strive to serve the best hand-cut steaks at the most affordable price for the whole family with the addition of a broad, all-American menu and an abundance of fresh and healthy options. Sizzler is the restaurant where America comes to satisfy its appetite with U.S.D.A. Choice steaks cut fresh daily and cooked over an open flame, fresh seafood, and premium craft soup and salads prepared fresh daily.

WHAT CAN I SAY!! THE BESTES SERVERER EVER!!
I used to go to the one in Escondido and eh it was alright. I moved to Oceanside and a coworker suggested we go there from my last experience I kinda not wanted to. Because of everything, how Ever that’s when I met LEO THE INCREDIBLE SERVER. He owns the floor with all professional mannerism no matter how busy it gets. Always with a smile and gives you the attention you deserve he is the most definitely high tip worth giving him. I always tip $5.00 or higher depending how many peeps come with me. Everything here is well kept , clean and VERY YUMMY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HERE, ALSO MY SON SINCE BABIES kinda grew up on zizler and Same. I been trying to drag him back to sizzler but one day he agree Because of the decent price and that all it took he said Oceanside Sizzler is way better and LEO the server made it happen .. all the different. So everyone come on down!!!

Don’t sleep on Sizzler!
Not only have they renovated their remaining locations, they’ve also upped their quality of food and service.
I can’t say enough about my visit.
Service was excellent. Both Zully and Hailey G provided above and beyond service.
The place was clean.
It has lots of parking and the dining area was super comfy.
The food was fresh and replenished often.
When you can’t decide what to eat, this is the place to be.
Don’t be intimidated by their expansive menu. There’s lots of options and all at reasonable prices.
They even have exclusive deals for seniors! I’m far from taking advantage of these offers but am glad they make it available.
I enjoyed the salad bar, which had fresh made salads and soups. It also had a good variety of fruit!
Also, my steak was just the perfect amount of food which came with a loaded potato. The complimentary cheese bread was a great addition as well.
Came hungry and left full without breaking my wallet. Enough to even treat my friend who joined me.
Whether you’re looking to dine by yourself or with a family, you won’t go wrong with Sizzler.

Had such a great experience at Sizzler. The salad bar was impressive — super fresh, organized, and constantly being refilled. The hot food was delicious and cooked perfectly. You can tell they care about quality. The employees were welcoming and helpful, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. My partner and I have eaten at this Sizzler once every few months for the past couple of years and haven’t had a bad experience yet. Leo is the epitome of what customer service should be and feel like. He makes you feel welcome, appreciated and beyond cared for. My go-to order is the steak and all you can eat shrimp and I’ve rarely had to ask for another round of shrimp before he’s already bringing a fresh batch to the table. He makes food & beverage recommendations based on what he sees you’ve ordered to invite you to try more of what they offer. The food on the salad bar is consistently fresh, tasty and plentiful. The shrimp have, on a rare occasion, been over fried but otherwise meets the standard. I usually go for a loaded baked potato as a side but chose mashed potatoes on our most recent visit. They tasted ok and were likely made from an instant potato product. The restaurant is clean, comfortable and is usually a pleasant experience. Recommend it for any occasion – solo dining, date meal or group gathering. You’d be pressed to not find something for most folks to enjoy. If Leo’s on the floor, you’ll be lucky to have him!!

Was my son’s first time ever going. Mom got th salad bar. Lots of options everything was fresh and full stocked. The place was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. There was a young kid at the front register who was extremely pleasant and accommodating with my son’s needs. Hugo Was our server and was exceptional. We had a pleasant lunch as a family

This is one of the cleanest Sizzler I’ve been to. The salad bar is always fresh and clean. Steak is always cooked perfectly. Shout out to Jovilee for being a very attentive server. She was very pleasant to interact with and made sure all of our orders arrived in a timely manner.

The Salad Bar is Awesme here & our server Leo gave us excellent service! We have been here before & Hugo also gave us great service… We are very satisfied with our whole experience… if you want to take someone out for dinner this place has a huge variety. The Salad bar has 3 or 4 different soups (chicken, beef stew, menudo and clam chowder) they have chicken wings, tacos, taquitos & much more! A variety of desserts are also here (vanilla & chocolate Ice Cream ) so children will love all the desserts here & so will you,
