Absolutely unacceptable service. There was no line at the register, yet I stood there for nearly 10 minutes and not a single employee bothered to help me. The staff clearly saw me but chose to ignore me, looking at each other instead of doing their jobs. There was no rush, no excuse — just pure indifference. This level of disrespect toward customers is completely unacceptable.

OH MY GOOD GOD!! I hadn’t had THIS in TOO MANY YEARS and when I pulled up, their app was downloading…then I decided to pull thru drive thru and order a portion of HEAVEN
Staff greeted me with great energy and helped me order with ease, but once that bag with THOSE fries arrived…..I KNEW I shoulda ordered TWO I then inserted their SHAKE STRAW, ONLY RESTAURANT IN DA BIZ WIT A REAL SHAKE STRAW, into my shake and began ascending into the heights of HEAVEN Once it was safe enough for me to turn onto the street, I reached into the bag and grabbed the burger…..DRUM ROLL with TRUMPETS PLEASE…..I took my 1st bite n chew then IMMEDIATELY followed by subsequent bites that upon intense video review revealed something UNIQUE….I actually didn’t eat this burger, I INHALED IT! THANK GOD for long traffic lights cause I really contemplated going back for some more!

Honestly, this futuristic Steak ‘n Shake hasn’t lost any of its old charm as far as I’m concerned. Multiple kiosks with abilities to accept everything from cash and credit cards, to BITCOIN (crazy right?) amazingly enough, serve the function to take your order, customized to your personal liking. Those who order fountain drinks can scan their receipt’s QR code to access free refills at the drink station while in store. The staff here are outstanding, and the managers attract my business with their kindness and dressy professionalism. I have thoroughly enjoyed my first two trips into the modern version of this Steak ‘n Shake.

Well…I used to purchase the delicious burgers in this location and I did like it .However, the lady @the drive tru had a chip on her shoulder and I eventually got tired of her attitude so I unfortunately stop getting burgers from this location. The food was great .Maybe order inside to avoid her.

My son and I stopped by to grab burgers at the drive thru. We were paying separately. After I placed my order, I attempted to place my son’s order. I was informed that I would have to go through the drive thru again to place my son’s order because only one order was allowed through the drive thru. That was the most asinine thing I have ever heard in my life. I just canceled my order and left. Because why on God’s green earth would I go through the drive-thru twice? That makes no sense at all.

Pretty dissatisfied with the costumer service…For years this location has been known for being the slowest steak & shake in town.It’s always dirty & the drive through takes forever…Today I came in to dine in and give it another chance,they did not have any coke syrup which I didn’t mind telling the lady on the shake station & she was very nice about it probably the only nice employee I’ve seen here…she went to her manager who screamed “no shakes no changes” tell her to drink something else … I don’t drink any other sodas so I was charged for a soda and was unable to drink it … the order of large fries looked like a small … the sandwich wasn’t cut …. Do better.

Simple things like good customer service are what keep ppl coming back. Things like rude managers will cause regulars to not. Seems that the location has new management who aren’t running it properly – proof is in the other one star reviews left recently. Food was cold and the large drink was ice with two teaspoons of drink.

I’ve never hurd of having to drive back around to order a shake. Wasn’t able to do a second order , even after paid they still didn’t let me order a single shake after waiting 10 mins for food. Time matters more than customer service here. Yea make me go back around on a one way road, I hope your getting paid enough to work fast food and follow the rules little duckling.
