We came here to celebrate my mom’s 73rd birthday and this was by far our worst experience at LongHorn. Our food came out cold, undercooked, overcooked and missing items. Our server wasn’t responsive and the manager acted like it was our fault that her staff including the kitchen was incompetent. This will be a time I will contact corporate because this service was horrible. Our server tried to justify the restaurants issue by stating they opened late due to not have water in the building because of a backup. This information should have never been communicated to customers and based on our experience the should not have opened.

My family and I came today for food and I was really looking forward to coming as I had seen tons of great reviews about the food. I ordered the sirloin steak with crispy Brussel sprouts and fries. The steak was supposed to come with a house salad which it didn’t because apparently they were out. The fries were overly salty and the Brussel sprouts tasted like they had been sitting for three days. Not fresh and definitely not worth the upcharge. I tried not to complain as I didn’t want to make a fuss but my boyfriend spoke up for me and the waitress seemed genuinely upset that I was requesting to take it off or to replace with another item. I will give them credit where credit is due and say the steak was wonderfully made and was very tasty. My son got the kids grilled chicken tenders and he wasn’t a big fan and my boyfriend said the burger wasn’t that great either. I would say if you’re coming here for anything other than the steak I would pass and the molten lava cake was pretty good too.

This was my first time at this location and the food was horrible. I was offended that someone would serve another human being this. I spoke with a manager who admitted “the food was a bit overcooked” and offered to make something else. The waitress was clearly sick and should not have worked today. I would not recommend this location at all.
