I do not enjoy creating a bad review, but this McDonald’s deserves a less than 1 star review. The food was cold and we did not receive what we ordered and paid for; which we didn’t realize until we had driven away; but worse than the food was the service. I seriously have not seen a more disinterested and annoyed service counter person in a long, long time. She didn’t really listen to what we were ordering and had to clarify and repeat our order back to her several times. We would have ordered via the kiosks but two of the four were apparently out of order and there were people on the other two and they were struggling to figure out the kiosk, so we went to the counter.
The order was not complete, we recieved only one of the fish sandwiches and even the Happy Meal was missing the apple slices. Again the food was also cold.
Additionally, there was no toilet paper in the ladies bathroom and both stalls were disgusting with paper products (some had blood on them) strewn all over the floors and the wastebaskets overflowing. Inside the restaurant, the trash disposal containers were overflowing and even the top was loaded with people’s trash from their meals.
Worst McDonald’s restaurant I have ever visited! The Owner and Manager should be deeply ashamed of their restaurant. What a waste of good money. “Valued Customer” my eye! I will NEVER EVER go back!

This is actually one of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to. It was very well kept clean parking lot was cleaning bathrooms were clean and there was actually a customer service at the counter. The food was nice and fresh, and they were not rushing.

Dining room is nasty, tables not wiped down, spills not mopped up, not just one or two, almost half the tables.
There is a sign on the men’s room about it not working. However the men who work here had no problem openly joking about how their sign is keeping homeless men from using the bathroom. Also, one of said employees DID NOT wash his hands.
My wife and I order the same thing every single time. Her Chicken sandwich was cold (it’s supposed to be made to order) guess not.
My Quarter Pounder did not have the shredder onions on it. It was also cold.
Finally, there is a little sign next to the front Cashier on top of the cookie display that reads:
“If you complete a Highly Satisfied Survey, you can receive any item Free: Icecream, Beverage, Pie. Website is on your Receipt.”
Sure seems like they are bribing/paying people to give them good reviews. The General Manager walked past it several times, this tells me they are very aware of the sign. So either their District Manager knows about it or who knows how high it could go?
I purchased my food to “Dine In” after looking around and finding zero tables that were not wiped down by the staff and literally watching guests wipe their own tables – I decided to carry out.
If you’re brave or just don’t care you will have exactly 30 minutes to eat your food, at which time someone will come up to you point at the sign and remind you that your time is up. I hope you’re not elderly, disabled or have disabled kids because you only have 30minutes…

The food was good, hot and the service was very good. This this location can be a bit messy/ trashy and dangerous at night (I won’t recommend to “dine in” after 7pm. Instead do Mobil pick up or Drive-thru

This McDonald’s (6350 E Washington Blvd, Commerce) deserves one star for wasting drivers’ time ⏳. I showed up for TWO separate Uber Eats pickups, only to find the place completely shut down with a paper sign on the door saying they’re closed from 4am to 7am .
If you go through the trouble of printing and posting a sign, why not go the extra step and PAUSE your Uber Eats orders? Instead, drivers are sent here in the middle of the night and get nothing — no food, no customer, no pay . Total disregard for gig workers and their time. Also disregard for UberEats customers left waiting for food that won’t arrive.
Unprofessional and inconsiderate. Fix your system .

I don’t mind to drive 20 min from downton LA to this Macdonals even though I have like 3 macdonalds near by my house, my two kids love the playground, the staff is very friendly, is always clean but there is one thing the AIR CONDITION (temperature) in the playground is to HIGH, is SUPER DUPER COLD, I asked one of the workers if they can lower the temperature and she said they can’t do anything about it
