Ordered dbl cheeseburger meal. Asked for bbq, honey mustard and sweet and sour sauce. Only got bbq. Nuggets were cold. Burger was dry and tasted rewarmed, no onions.

Just stopped by on my way to work to pick up some food to eat before I start my shit, make my way to work on a hurry and when I check my bag I find out they gave me someone else’s order. They probably game my order to the car behind me. Recommend you check your bag because this place will give you the wrong order if you don’t.

I have been to this McDonald’s a few times and each time the service get worse the food is never what is expected if you get all of your items. Last week I ordered a breakfast using a mobile app picked up my breakfast. The only thing in the bag was syrup and butter no hash brown no biscuit sausage I contacted McDonald’s. They refuse to give me reply. I went to the store. They refused to make this the situation, right as of now McDonald’s have stolen $10 for me and will not fix this issue. I provided the receipt. I’ve contacted McDonald’s through their nonexistent customer support line this McDonald’s on Colfax is the absolute worst McDonald’s in the city of Aurora the people they are rude. They only speak Spanish, which is fine, but we are in America and most of us do not speak Spanish. They ignore customers to finish their conversations. It is a horrible business.

I have been blatantly ignored several times at this mcdonalds by staff because i am not Hispanic. They look at you and walk away even when you are standing at the counter if you are a white person. I’ve had my food given to other customers and had to wait longer for my order to be remade. The food was cold and sloppy I didnt eat it. My sandwich was most likely a floor burger. How else do you end up with a shoe print on the bun? The store has security officers 24 hours a day due to the homeless in the area which makes it feel like I’m visiting a county courthouse. The store is gray and cold feeling inside. You must wait for a staff member to open the bathroom doors as well. No one takes your order you only do it from a kiosk which makes it feel so much more plastic than mcdonalds already is.

This location isn’t the best. I always get old fries, and horrible customer service. I ordered online and picked up through the drive thru, and they had me wait in a parking space for my food. I asked for some sauces and failed to receive them in my bag even when the employee said “ I got you “. I am beyond annoyed and dissatisfied with this specific location. They need new managers and night time crew! AND my stomach hurts.

I have no problem pulling around to help with service time. I understand that it helps get other guests out fast. Where I have the problem is my food was ready and I was asked to pull up to wait for my drink (strawberry watermelon refresher). I waited for over 12 minutes without receiving my drink. I then had to go back to the window to get my drink, it was just sitting there. The lady at the window didn’t apologize just handed me the drink as though it was my fault or I was inconveniencing her. After all of that the drink wasn’t even good and my food was cold.

Food is always cold. I ordered large fries the carton was about a third full. This is not okay when the price on them is $3.99
And the homeless are everywhere trying to beg. As you drive away it is just awful.
Update: we went inside to pick up our order.And there was at least twelve homeless people in there asleep all over everything. I felt like there was bugs crawling everywhere.I would not go there again
