Ive never had problems at ANY sonic ever until 2/24 with the 9 pm crew. I hit check in on my order and while the screen said it was coming to my stall it never did. I proceed to ask and after butchering my name in ways I’ve never heard in 23 years , i was told my order wasn’t in the system, but somehow at the drive thru window my whole order miraculously appeared in seconds. Tldr: go to any other sonic ! also that “drink” is a cherry limeade lol

I asked for a refund, because I had a gift card. It didn’t take properly in the card reader. I asked for a refund so I can use the gift card. She implied I have to refund it and re- ring the whole order. I said fine. She then says it’s fine for you but not fine for her. It’s your job, you dont have to remake my food , just fix the payment part. I find that rude with me being a supervisor in the food industry. You dont want to do your job, don’t work.

This location is almost always busy but you won’t find better soft drinks in town. I find these guys can take a bit to fill an order but the food is usually good and they’ve always been courteous. They also have pretty good Blasts. I also appreciate their location on Skibo as it’s super easy to get to from multiple directions.

Pulling up to the window I was uncertain what I wanted, The manager Renee was taking my order and she was a complete GEM! She was very patient and repeated my chaotic order with grace and excellence! When I pulled up to pay William was at the window and greeted me with a smile and repeated the order to ensure it was correct. William gave us the drinks and asked if we needed a drink carrier which I declined. Ms. Renee brought the food to the window and it had a beautiful hand written card inside showing her appreciation for dining with the Sonic on Skibo Rd in Fayetteville NC. That completely made my entire day !!!! I’m so grateful that I went to Sonic’s today and was blessed by Mr William and Ms Renee being so kind to me and my twins today ! By the way they rated the milkshake’s a 10/10 !!!! Thank you for making my family smile today !

Food could be better I don’t like the fact that they put the condiments right on top of your fries or tater tots that is nasty I don’t know where your hands have been! Also they need to be changing their cooking oil it’s no reason burgers and fries are coming out pitch black, also their shake machines needs to be clean the milk shake they serve you come out with pieces of the machines in it, they also need to serve drinks with something protecting the top of the cup! I don’t like people talking over my drinks or food! Service is slow as well it takes awhile before you are being tended too and the system drive thru included

My server, Frank, was exceptionally polite and made sure I had everything I needed. He even checked on me again to see if there was anything else he could get for me. He remembered me from a previous visit to this store, and things like that make customers feel special and important. Other employees also asked me if I was doing okay and if I needed any extra napkins, condiments, etc. Overall, the service was more than impressive. Oh, and did I mention the food was AMAZING? 🙂 I had the double Sonic Smasher and it was incredible. I’ve had smashers at steakhouses that didn’t even taste this good! AWESOME experience!

My drinks were watered down and I added a large cup of ice to my order. ICE. They proceeded to give me an orange beverage INSTEAD OF THE ICE I REQUESTED . I don’t understand how something so simple was made into something so hard…???

The other day I ordered a strawberry limeade online and when my order was given to me it had no sprite. It was when I tasted before I left I realized it. I was upset that I waited for a long time for that drink and when I ask the status of the drink I was not informed there was no sprite until I went back thru the drive thru.
