It was a fun evening as we all drew a “blank” in 3 different languages. You had to have been there.
We chose this establishment because of the cuisine and the hours of operation. Please note they close at 9pm Monday through Thursday.
The food and drinks were fabulous and we all were happy with our choices. I have found my new happy enchiladas place. The server was a sweetheart!

Our server was great! We have been here a few times and always had great food and great service. The staff is friendly and helpful. Tonight, the food was not good, not was it what we had before. I ordered a torta with carne asada. I’ve ordered the same thing before. Tonight I was service asada with onions and cilantro on a bread. Not mayo, no guac, no jalapeños. I asked our server to take it back and add it or bring me sides and I would add it. He takes it and brings it back with chunks of cheese and a few sliced jalapeños. At that point I’m not going to eat something that isn’t correct. They did take it off of the ticket only after I asked. I have ordered this before and this was crazy to get half of what I ordered.

This was my first and last time eating at this restaurant. We had to wait an eternity to get seated. Finally, they showed up and seated the people in front of us, then never came back. Eventually, they did and gave us a decent seat. Pedro was a great host and very friendly. The food was not anything like I would have hoped for. We ordered the spinach dip and it was like soup. Luckily he took it back without charge when I got my tacos. Afterward I realized I WAS charged for the soup. Hardly anything was in the tacos and the shells were all burned. The quesadilla tasted pretty good.
By the time everything was said and done we were more than ready to go. It also appears we got up charged for using a credit card. I had high hopes for this restaurant, but I will not be back.

I stopped by El Toro Loco Mexican Bar and Grill for a work lunch and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, especially if you’re staying at one of the nearby hotels or spending time in the entertainment area. It made it an easy choice for a quick but satisfying lunch break.
I ordered the chicken fajitas, and they did not disappoint. The portion size was huge for a lunch special, especially at just $13.25. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned, and everything came out hot and fresh. The tortillas were warm, and the sides complemented the meal perfectly. It definitely felt like a great value for the price.
The service was also excellent. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Even during the lunch rush, the food came out quickly, which was perfect since we were on a work break.
Overall, El Toro Loco is a solid spot for lunch—great food, generous portions, good prices, and excellent service. I would definitely come back again.

I love this place! Specials are always on point (weds and Friday are my favs), drinks are an hit, and food is flavorful. I only wish this last time my food was a bit warmer, but that won’t stop me coming back 🙂

What a fun Mexican restaurant! I love the atmosphere and the decor! Very bright, colorful and inviting! Our server was amazing and very patient with us to look over the menu! Our food came out fast and it was hot and delicious! Our girls loved the tacos! And my street tacos were at a good price and very flavorful! We are glad we stopped in!

OK, I hate to bag on people but do not eat here. The place was almost completely empty at 11 o’clock when we got there and we ended up getting seated in the bar. I couldn’t understand why that was when there were seats all over the place. The food was poor at best, and the service was slow, I was finishing my dinner as another person at my table was being served. I also don’t think the place was very clean. There’s lots more choices and honestly, Taco Bell is way better food and it’s not cheap.

We’ve been here several times and have always had a good experience with the staff, and the food. The service was outstanding, the food was great too. It was Wednesday so our kids plate was free during this time, and their happy hour and drinks are decent. They didn’t have something on the menu that my wife usually gets from other Mexican restaurants, so our wonderful server grabbed a manager to make sure they could accommodate; to which he had his cooks make to order just for her. That’s called service! 5 star I go fb my recommend checking El Toro Loco out if you’re in the area.

Very good food!!!! We enjoyed very tasty meals. The only down side was the timeliness and attention to detail from the table server. The drink she brought out spilt some as she put it onto the table she didn’t even come back to bring napkins. Didn’t check in for drink refills. She also gave 2 of our meals to the wrong people. She didnt smile or seem like she even wanted to be there. The only napkins we were given were the ones our utensils were wrapped in. My husband still tipped well. Just know the attention you will receive will be poor. However the cooks in the kitchen did an amazing job on the meal.
