I am visiting from AZ and I was delighted to discover ICT has a PF Chang’s. I was blessed to have dinner with Jay. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the view of the night lights across the water. The ambient lighting in the restaurant created a calm and serene vibe through the dinning area. The colors and decor felt welcoming. Jay made a comment about there being no crying babies or children. While there were babies across from us, they were calm and I am positive the lighting helped sooth their nerves, while the parents enjoyed their meal. We indulged in the special and tasted a number of dishes that left us satisfied. The white rice and noodles were a great compliment to the Honey and Sesame Chicken. Jay had the Salad and I had the Hot & Sour Soup. The food was delicious. The company and conversation was awesome. Thank you for a great night out. See you folks soon. Happy Holidays to you all.

PF Chang’s is a long time favorite of mine… My husband took me for Mother’s Day. Our server was attentive and outstanding… The lettuce wraps were superb. The Chang’s Spicy Chicken was flavorful, but the last couple trips it hasn’t had that little crunch to the outside of it, thus the lower rating. Perhaps it was ready prior to the other items and Sat awhile. Also the Korean fried chicken was mediocre. The pomegranate lemonade with mint leaf was delightful!! Refreshing, not overly sweet. It was a very good experience… and the prices, very reasonable!

I’m not sure why but when I showed up the manager at the front, Eric, was very rude to me and my friend when we got there.
There was no reason for it considering my father was in the military, so growing up I learned about respect to a great extent.
The upfront experience made me feel like not even eating here.
Magaly however saved the day. She was very nice and a great server. Extremely attentive and more than made up for the managers cruddy attitude.
I honestly was going to ask for corporates number because I knew that since he was managing if there was anything wrong with anything, nothing would’ve been handled appropriately. I can only imagine how he treats his employees if he’s willing to treat guests in such a manner.
Thankfully, I later found out that the manager in charge was Jody and was very grateful for her, she complimented my dessert and made me feel at home.
I got the black peppered chicken with fried rice and as dessert I got the key lime pie.

Just ordered Uber Eats from this location and what I received was a hot mess.
I ordered Mongolian beef and what I received was a burnt, beef jerky like pice of meat and it was only 4 pieces. Not what I expect from an establishment such as P.F. Chang’s. 🙁

The service here on a several occasions has been lacking. Once, we have had to call the restaurant while inside to get water refills despite numerous employees around.
Yesterday, it was one thing after the next. The food runner brought my grandma’s meal out before the appetizer and 10 minutes before my entree. If this is P.f. chang’s policy, they’ve badly miscalculated the culture in Kansas. My silverware was taken as we were seated so I had to grab one from another table. There were crusty water marks on the wine glasses. It’s winter and the A/C was cranked, so we wanted to get out of there quickly. We had a good waiter though.
I ordered miso dumplings and I guess P.f. chang’s is playing it safe and not leaning into the complex flavor profile of the very ingredient in the dish’s name. Good, but flat.
Not a lot of attention to detail here. I would appreciate if the servers made personal touches like introducing themselves so it doesn’t feel like I’m eating at a chain restaurant. The interior decor is “fancy” but everyone just wears sweats because the prices are low and the service is poor. The vibes are confusing.

I am so pleased with our anniversary dinner! From the very beginning the hospitality was amazing. We are frequent guests and are always happy customers! Not only was the assistant exec chef, Liliana so kind to allow me to order a special gluten free meal due to allergies, but also accompany the assistant operating partner, Erik to personally bring us our dinner. We were offered a free appetizer for our next visit and a free dessert after our meal! The absolute sweetheart of a server/bartender, Jody did an excellent job at taking care of us!!!

We recently visited PF changs for our anniversary dinner. We frequent this location often both for dine in and carry out and are always pleased with our meal. That being said it feels like there is always something changing whether it is the recipes to our favorite entrees or rules for special pricing such as happy hour. Our server Ryan was fantastic, he took the time to chat with us and brought one of the managers over to discuss some confusion we had. Together their team took great care of us. Ryan was attentive without being overbearing, and consistently kept our space clean and comfortable which is sometimes a task in itself when eating family style. This visit was one of the best we have had in a while, and will be a reason to return soon!

We normally dont do reviews but We had the very best service we have had in a long time anywhere we have gone. JR did an absolute amazing job. He was very helpful and continuous. He made sure everything was right. He even offered to figure out the trio sauce mix or get someone that might remember the receipe if my husband couldn’t get it leveled right. He also made sure that my spice allergy was taken care of by bringing out the appetizer with no sauce then bringing the chili oil to my husband so no one accidently got the chili sauce on my food. He also labeled all our boxes so we know what is each box and which box belonged to each kid. Again Best service in a LONG time for any resturant! Would highly recommend JR as your server if you go to PF Changs!
