Went through the drive through, got told to pull to the front. Ended up waiting 55 minutes for a 3pc meal and chicken sandwich. Although workers were super friendly and nice took WAY too long. In addition got the wrong food but didn’t complain because of how long I waited.

Was my first and last time coming to this location. Customer service was not what it should be at this location by some of the staff and the serving of questionable possible spoiled food (coleslaw) is a huge red I should not have to ask for FRESH EDIBLE food especially after spending $25 to dine there. The only positive was the issue was addressed quickly.

I was delivery driving and got two orders for this location. 1. 2 chicken sandwiches. 2. A shrimp basket w/ coke. The two young men behind the counter used fowl language, they dropped two sandwiches which were later SERVED to the drive through. I was in the lobby waiting for 75 minutes. I had to apologize to my customers and cancel both orders. I received NO MONEY for those 75 minutes because I had to cancel. People came in and left before I received my orders. I was third in line for delivery drivers and 5 drivers came and went while I waited. I try not to assume that my treatment is because I’m LGBTQIA, but at a certain point I could no longer see my receipts for the orders I was waiting on. The staff just ignored me. I’m a patient, kind human, I rarely wanna bug anyone, but even when others noticed and advocate on my behalf, the staff just ignored me further. I will never go back, and I don’t think I’ll be telling others to go at all. I’m just trying to work, I don’t appreciate people messing with my money just because I’m different.

I don’t usually do this but read. Christmas Eve they were closed, but no sign was posted. Waited to see if someone responded to me at the drive through .After no response I pulled up and saw people and politely blew my horn ( very low and not obnoxious) the girl yelled at me saying uh hun who you blowing your horn at we closed, I responded how do I know if no sign is posted and you’re very ignorant ( the young lady with the part down the middle, with afro puffs). On another occasion after this I was served a half full 16oz Cole slaw and burnt tasting and looking chicken. When I called to inquire if it is Popeyes normal practice to serve burnt tasting chicken and fill a 16oz cole slaw half full the afro puff lady had an excuse for everything. For instance we filter every night. Um filtering is not the same as changing dirty grease people. When I said I would report to corporate she laughed as I told her to have a blessed day. SMH, GO TO KFC YOU ALL ITS OPEN IN AKRON OR GO TO THE ONE IN CUYAHOGA FALLS. ️. Finally corporate must not me much to make complaints to if employees act as if they don’t care. KFC handles customer complaints. Pa don typos.

I had two Uber eats orders to pick up here. I arrived and waited 20 minutes before being acknowledged. Then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for food. After 35 minutes of still no food, I left the restaurant. If you are somebody who does mobile deliveries, please be wary of taking orders from here. I ended up losing money. I really hope that they shut this location down or the very least stop allowing them to take mobile orders.

Stephanie (the gm) incorrectly rang out the customer 2 ppl ahead of me. Then she proceeded to rudely tell the customer in front of me “I ain’t got no sandwiches, all I got is fried chicken, and no fries, I ain’t got no help here and corporate won’t fix my fry-chute”.

When it was my turn at the register, I asked if she could do a family order and asked what sides were available, since I’d overheard her telling the previous customer (who left without buying anything) that there weren’t fries.

She rudely exclaimed “all I gots is red beans and rice and chicken”.

I asked when her store would be able to serve other sides, and she told me “idk corporate was supposed to be out but they didn’t come and I’m understaffed”.

I asked to speak to the manager and she said “well I’m the GM”.
When I asked her full name, she wouldn’t give it to me; stating “by law I don’t have to tell you”.
I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told “you’ll have to call corporate”.
When I asked for a name and number to call, I was told “by law I don’t have to tell you”.

Megan then told the cashier that “he’s not getting anything, give him his coupon back”

(I got the number off of a customer’s receipt and called)
I was told by “Megan” that she’d review the cameras and see if she needed to do anything.
I explained that it sounds like I would t be getting anywhere with her, and asked to speak to her supervisor (who is apparently the owner).
I was told that “they’re not in now”, so I asked that they call me back.

“Megan” told me that the owner would call me shortly, but I still have not received a call.

Plz do better.

I’ve never been disrespected at a corporate restaurant like this. And I was also aghast with they way Stephanie spoke to the people of color in front of me in line.
(Attached is the customer’s receipt which was rung out incorrectly)

almost never write bad reviews, but at this Popeyes I can unequivocally say this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant… By a long shot.

I was picking up food for a coworker who placed an online order. As soon as I walked in, I saw employees arguing in the back. Not the normal “go do this” kind of arguing. The kind with venom. People belittling each other, shouting “don’t tell me what to do” and “shut up” pure chaos. The mood of the store was as hostile as the Battle of Stalingrad. I’m honestly amazed there wasn’t a fight. The tension was omnipresent.

There were about four people in front of me, and the cashier kept switching between taking orders and arguing with the kitchen. The chaos and confusion were on par with the insanity of a dogfight mixed with a Sherlock Holmes investigation trying to find Waldo.

When I got to the counter, I said I was there for an online order for a coworker who ordered a bucket of chicken. The cashier immediately said they don’t have buckets of chicken. At any moment he could’ve realized maybe we could communicate to figure it out together, but instead, he chose to be as stonewalled as Mount Rushmore.

I pulled out my phone and told the cashier the order: 16 items, $73.45, under “Mikey” or “Michael.” The cashier yelled to the kitchen that there was a DoorDash order for Mikey. I tried to explain I wasn’t DoorDash, just picking up food, but he cut me off and said, “I don’t tell you how to do your job. Don’t tell me how to do mine.” Beneath the Chernobyl nuclear reactor levels of explosive rage I was feeling, I somehow stayed calm.

After what felt like an archaeological excavation to discover the Holy Grail, they finally found the food. Then I was told they were out of coleslaw and needed to call the person to ask what they wanted instead. I said I’d take Cajun fries. Finally, a neuron fired and the cashier asked the question that should’ve come ten minutes earlier: “Is this your food?” I said yes.

The entire time, the bickering and hostility continued, creating an atmosphere so uncomfortable it felt like being stuck in the backseat while two people fight in the front. Then the cashier stormed out of the building to yell at an employee sitting in a car, the same one he’d been belittling inside.

Eventually, after what seemed like five epochs, I finally got my Cajun fries and left the store so irate I actually felt sympathy for William Foster in Falling Down.

literally the worst place you can go. i’ve never had a worse experience. i paid through the popeyes app for pickup, then when i arrived they didn’t make any of my order and i asked for solutions and they stated they have nothing for me and can’t do anything to help me. i paid for a 5pc chicken and the fnaf meal. they claimed to have nothing. they refused to acknowledge me and i was being very calm and understanding despite this. never go here. i have worked the service industry my whole life and have never met such lazy and arrogant people. so unhelpful.
