Honestly, I’ll never return. As a server and bartender myself, I give the utmost grace and I never go to management, but tonight that changed. My initial drink was incorrect, and I waited 45 minutes for the corrected drink. Our appetizer came out with basically the complete opposite of the dipping sauces we asked for (we got the ultimate sampler). We were seated for an hour before I ever had a drink. Our server apparently had no clue about “touching tables”, AKA checking with them after drinks, appetizers, etc. She said she would remove the incorrect drink and have the corrected one made. She also did not ask about ranch or blue cheese with wings, nor carrots and celery. Several of us went without refills for 15+ minutes, and then suddenly, she was gone. I found a manager and explained the situation, and another server came and informed us she would be taking over. The manager was very understanding, and the new server was fabulous. The manager even went to the bar herself and corrected the order. When the checks came out, the incorrect drink was still on the ticket but the new server was awesome at getting it removed. Shoutout to Genesis, you saved the night sis. We tipped Genesis more than appropriately but the first 3/4 of the night was not good.

Saturday , February 21st was our first visit to Buffalo Wild Wings in New Bern since moving here in July and only our third time ever dining in this franchise. To be honest, we only ended up here because we were ignored at Applebees for more than half an hour and then insulted by staff as we walked out. Our experience at Buffalo Wild WINGS WAS TREMENDOUS! The hostess let us know she was clearing a booth for us. She hadn’t been gone a minute when another employee asked if we’d been helped. Our server was kind and gad a great sense of humor. The food and drink were really good and it was a super fun atmosphere. Our evening was salvaged because of this fantastic staff! Thank you for treating people right even when you are busy.

My sister’s and I went there to enjoy a “Ladies Evening Out”. It was our first time eating dinner there and it certainly won’t be our last. The food was delicious , the price was very affordable and the service was great! We had a good time and we all agreed that we must come back again soon.

Extremely slow service. It took forever to even get acknowledged and even longer for the food to come out. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive the entire time. Definitely not worth the wait… food was “meh”

Every visit starts the same way: no host in sight and a long 5–10 minute wait just to be greeted. When we dine in, the service is incredibly slow — you can expect to be here at least an hour and a half. Overall, this BWW has been the most unreliable location I’ve been to, and it’s honestly just frustrating at this pint. And is aggravating that the waiter was so rude and awful! Her attitude when we didnt want to wait any longer when she never came check on us once. Became super defensive when we said we waited a while ( FOR CHICKEN TENDERS AND FRIES) WHICH TOOK A HOUR

Waited over 15 minutes for a table. I’m a server and a host at a well known restaurant. I have never had a worse experience than this, I wish I got it on camera. Y’all sure did though. Over 4 servers or host made eye contact with me plus seen all of the sea of people waiting. Ignored every single one of us, at some point a sever I do know the name of hailey. Has waited on me before and I remember her because she has the same name as me. Ignored an older black man who was simply waiting for an order. She proceeded to check out her table. He said excuse me over 5x she didn’t say a single word and just stared turned around and walked away. We then finally got seated by a person who didn’t even wait for us to follow to be seated. She then sat us at a table where a server was literally picking things off the floor and just walked away. So as a server I knew how my date night would go so I got up from the table and still I had the decency to still stand up there to let them know I was leaving and she just looked at me and shook her head okay.

I don’t normally do this but this caught me on a bad day. One of these wings is particularly absurd but they were all pretty small. This six-piece with a small fry was like $12 for the smallest chicken nugget I’ve ever seen. Coming off a hard day at work and seeing this is so disappointing.

The spicy chicken was good but they didnt give us our sauce and our food was missing ingredients. We reminded them about sauce too. The spicy chicken was good but I bet it would’ve been better with sauce

My husband and I ate here tonight. All was well until I drank just enough to see something in my glass. A dead bug. I was drinking soda so this was not visible until I was almost finished. Our server came to clear the plates and give us a receipt, and we kindly asked to speak with the manager. She told us she was in a meeting and will be out in a few minutes. We waited and waited. And then we noticed the manager just sitting at the table and then walking around talking to staff. She started to walk toward our table but then turned and went to the bar laughing with staff. She then proceeded to walk away, and by that time it had been over 15 minutes sitting and waiting with this dead bug. I was VERY close to yelling to the whole place that they better check their glasses because they serve people bugs. But instead yelled “Ma’am” and she then came over. My husband proceeded to tell her that we’ve been waiting and watching her do everything but come back over and then showed her the cup. She apologized and said she’d comp us the whole meal which is fine, but I care more about your kitchen being clean and your staff checking the damn glasses before having people choke down BUGS IN THEIR DRINK/FOOD. So fair warning to people going here to check their food and drinks. Obviously will be staying away. Attaching pictures to show just how disgusting this was!!
