It’s actually comical at this point. This is the 3rd time I ordered a snack wrap with no lettuce …. The abundance of lettuce on this wrap is ridiculous. Barely any cheese and ranch is soaked up by the lettuce. Sighhh will just go back to the one in Greenbelt bc this one is closer to my house but they suck. Please look at the sticker it literally says no lettuce. I can’t have lettuce smh.
Update : it actually had no ranch either. Now I’m choking on a dry wrap
Update : ok i promise I’m not ordering on door dash anymore lol I’m doing it to myself at this point. A new day new ticket see the second pic lol more packed lettuce and this time atleast there is ranch.

4 cheeseburgers, extra onions. Extremely complex order, right? That’s the only explanation as to why 2 of our burgers had no cheese. They got the extra onions, at least. I don’t like pickles, but figured I’d TRY to make it easier and not overly complicated it with 2 cheeseburgers, extra onion, no pickles for me and then 2 cheeseburgers, extra onions, with pickles for my wife. So much for that. The woman who brought the order to our car (we had to park and wait after paying in the drive-thru; no big deal there) even asked, “Four cheeseburgers?” Yep. Too bad that’s not what was in the bag. Unreal.
$15/hour for this? I wonder how much they expect to earn before they decide it’s worth it to do their job correctly.
I think we need to stop going to any McDonald’s locations. It seems like every time we go, they screw up our order and I’m getting tired of writing bad reviews or contacting corporate.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent visit to your McDonald’s location.
When I asked the employees for condiments, they did not provide them and responded with an attitude that made it seem like they did not want to be there or help at all. Their behavior felt dismissive and unprofessional, which made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating.

This McDonald’s is off exit 20 of the Capital Beltway. Double Drive-thru with a clearance of 9 feet. The building is made with The Golden Arches incorporated into the architecture, pretty cool to see. It appears to be 24 hours for dining room and drive thru according to the signage. They also have signage saying it’s a good opportunity for school while working your way toward becoming a manager… there is also an outside seating area with a unique set up I don’t ever remember seeing before at a McDonald’s.
There are 4 ordering kiosks inside and the dining area has plenty of seating area with multiple tables being for at least four people. At least one of the tables has a double outlet on the wall so you can charge devices as long as you have a cable and plug in port. I liked the inflatable holiday decorations they had at the store front as well.

Good place for take out. I don’t recommend it for dining in. When I was there a couple of people (vagrants) were sleeping at the tables, thus 1 star for atmosphere.

As you’ve probably heard already…McDonald’s has a Mumbo sauce they call “Mambo” sauce. I HAD to try it!! For my folks not from the DC area…don’t come here asking for “Mambo”!! That’s it!!
