I honestly originally had a problem with the restaurant, but I went back to eat there and the managers, Willy Jr , Quac and his supervisor, we’re very understanding and prepared a very nice meal for me and my family.
I appreciate how you fixed the issue wisely and leaving you a five star review for the food and service that you have provided today along with pictures of the food that we ordered.

My group and I come to this restaurant 3 times a week, spending over $600 every visit with 4–6 people. We are regular customers who bring real business to this place, yet today we were treated with complete disrespect and kicked out by the manager.
All we did was ask a simple question about the food quality, especially because last Saturday the mussels we were served were BAD and tasted spoiled. Instead of addressing our concern professionally, the manager became rude, aggressive, and told us to leave.
The customer service here is horrible. The staff acts arrogant and disrespectful, especially when the restaurant is busy. They think just because they have a lot of customers, they can treat people however they want and throw them out without reason. That is NOT how you run a business.
If you care about being treated with respect, do NOT come here. Loyal customers mean nothing to this place. Plenty of other restaurants appreciate customers instead of abusing them.
I will never return and will make sure others know how poorly we were treated.

Spot Discovery
Stopped by twice for crawfish and shrimp last week. First visit was great—flavor and texture were on point. Second time was very different. Both the crawfish and shrimp were overcooked. The meat fell apart and kind of crumbled when peeling.
They really need more consistency. When it’s good, it’s good. But it shouldn’t depend on the day.

The service and atmosphere were great. I didnt like the raw oyster that much but the shrimp is very good, big and juicy. The mild sauce would be just a kick at the beginning but it will be hella spicy to the end. The restroom is very clean. I have to ask for gloves so you might want to prepare it. Great experience tho

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for more than five years and have always appreciated the quality of the food and service. However, today I experienced an unexpected situation with some of the staff, as their behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional, which is not acceptable for a restaurant with a good reputation or for a long-time customer.
The restaurant was nearly empty (about 70%), so there was no pressure that could justify such treatment. Unfortunately, this experience made me reconsider coming back, and I will not visit this restaurant again, because good customer service should always come before anything else.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the level of customer service.

Massively overrated seafood spot in Houston. I honestly don’t understand the hype. The food was low quality and poorly prepared — the crawfish was mushy, overly salty, and tasted far from fresh. Choosing a spice level is pointless when everything comes out tasting the same and lacking real flavor.
Service was frustratingly slow and unprofessional. Staff looked irritated when asked basic questions, orders took forever, and mistakes were made without any attempt to fix them or apologize.
It feels less like hospitality and more like a cash grab.
For the prices they charge, this is unacceptable. There are plenty of better seafood spots in the city that offer fresher food, better service, and basic respect for customers. Definitely not coming back.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience really concerned me. I ordered a half basket of chicken tenders for my son. The food took a long time to come out, and when it finally arrived, it was a full basket. My son ate two tenders and some fries.
At the end of the meal, when the receipt was brought to us, I noticed we were being charged for a full basket. I reminded the waitress that I had ordered a half basket. She took the plate away, and I then watched her remove three chicken tenders from the basket with gloves, take them back to the kitchen, and return with the same basket now containing only two tenders, saying, “Here you go, ma’am.”
Seeing food taken away, altered, and then returned after it had already been served was extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about food handling. It made me question whether food could be reused or redistributed between customers. Because of this, I don’t feel comfortable dining here again, especially when ordering food for my child.

Amazing! Seafood were all so fresh. The garlic butter is impressive. And they are so generous with giving sauce
I can eat the corn all day it’s so flavor and juicy.
The service was nice and fast especially when asking for drink refills.

You eat from plastic bags, you screw up your clothes and somehow you come back here!!!!!! This is place is awesome, great food. I love the shrimp medium spicy, believe me I can’t feel my mouth, they are serious about their spicy standards . The corn and potatoes are good also as well as the king crab (little expensive though).
The weekend is quite busy, unless you go at 2 pm or 5 pm.

Came here for the 1st time from Conroe. The food was VERY good, especially with the amount of spices they use, especially steamed inside of the bag. I was very impressed with the taste of the food and even more with the great service from our waitress named Vi. She was very kind, always smiling, and seemed to take pleasure in attending our needs. You can tell she is an overall kind person. I have been to various crab type restaurants and have always had waitresses that provide lazy service and practically hate their jobs and show it through their service. I was just amazed by Vi’s great service. My only negative thought to this restaurant is they have no sort of package meals. Everything is basically a la carte. You have to buy everything individually. I had to order snow crab, shrimp, potatoes, corn, and sausage as all separately priced items. Besides that, I would definitely be returning and specifically requesting Vi as our waitress.
