My husband and I ordered 2 of the 9.99 burgers and an order of the mozzarella twists. Food came out fast. I questioned if our twists were coming and the manager brought them out straight away. Literally no inconvenience at all and he comped them for us. I’ve had actual horrible food and service, missing items, and long wait times and haven’t had anything comped in years by any restaurant. Great managment and a great server. Unfortunately I did not remember his name but he was wonderful

The food is normally really good here, however, today, I did not have a good experience. The French fries were burnt and cold. We were never asked if we wanted more. I got a gluten-free bun which was hard as a rock. I had to take it off and eat burger Patty by itself.
I ended up having horrible heartburn and stomach pain the rest of the day and evening. I ordered vodka Sprite Which which did not taste or feel like there was any alcohol in it at all.

A really fun place with delicious food. I loved the strawberry lemonade – it was delicious, fresh, and perfectly sweetened. The sandwich was tasty, and the egg was cooked perfectly. The service was sensational; when my friend’s dish was a bit delayed, the manager not only apologized but also didn’t charge for it.

So I placed a pick up order through the red robbin app, I show up at the time stated on the app and im told it’ll just be a few minutes. There is a good rush, but I watch door dasher and grub hub workers come and go with there orders. I check an order in the corner thats been looked at by everyone and not touched, noting that ive waited half an hour as shown in the screen shot, and its my order, no drink ready, never told me it was ready, just left me standing in the lobby like an idiot. Saddest part the manager is hands on tonight and didnt give a dang himself, though I should grant him the humility that when I grabbed my order, and explained I checked in, spoke with the staff, was told to wait, and waited very patiently, so could I get the drink to complete the order, he asked “If I wanted him to remake it”

Its sad this used to be one of my goto places. Took my mom for her birthday. She’s 84. She loves burgers. This visit: her and my burger were cold. Her coffee was cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted on her burger. Mine was blistered like it was sitting in a window. And the egg was cold.. sunny side up egg! Cold! No “birthday ” singing, no complimentary burger. Ya it was busy on the new year, but we felt unimportant, not worthy of checking on. Manager walking around looking angry. Never checked on us. Just a shame. Server allowed the cold food to go out, indifferent to the cold coffee he brought. Is this what we get for 68 dollars? If the new direction of CA is higher min wage for substandard service, im going to mom and pop joints from now on. Later big robbin.

I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with fries for $17 and I was not very impressed. I guess I was looking for a little more Wow factor when my food arrived. This sandwich is on par with something from a fast food restaurant like Arby’s, Jack in the Box, or Burger King. I can go to Walmart and get chicken strips from the hot counter for $3.27 and have more meat than was on this sandwich. A chicken from Costco costs $5 cooked and ready to go. Service was great. The restaurant was clean and running smooth. Guess I just want a little more bang for my buck. Those days might be moving on though.

Great staff. Food was really good. We had a complex order due to food allergies. Everything was great except one thing was missing from one item on our to go order. The manager had actually called to check and see how things were. I let her know about the missing item and she actually gave me a refund for the mistake! I did not expect this. Great customer service! We will eat here again when in town.
