Very solid choice for a upscale, fast food restaurant. Lots of menu options, and my favorite are the butter burgers really good hamburger. Restaurant is clean service was top shelf. Overall grade eating experience.

Food is ok quality, decent flavor, unfortunately order accuracy not so good. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese, mayo, lettuce & tomato, Well no cheese or mayo. Went back to the desk and showed them the recipe and informed them of the missing items. Got a cold slap of cheese to put on my now cold sandwich. Other items were ok, recieved as ordered. Clearly if you order anything different then the standard menu nobody reads to order prior to making them.

Our meal at this Culver’s was great. They didn’t have my favorite salad (strawberry), but the cranberry one was almost as good The store was immaculately clean and comfortable. The employees at the counter were polite and efficient. Culver’s is known for their custard, and the custard at this location was excellent. I tried a dish of the flavor of the day, which was peach, and it was amazing. I’ll try it again when it’s available. We will be back to this Culver’s the next time we are in the area.

For a fast food joint, this place was awesome. We were greeted with a big hello and smiling faces. The food was made fresh and served hot. Overall, I was pretty pleased. Gabe rang us up! He’s such a nice kid. We had great service. Pretzel bites make a great snack. They’re delicious! Highly recommend. Burgers were really good. Fries were hot and fresh. Love their ice cream. The only complaint is that they keep it way too cold in there, so I always have to bring a sweater, but that’s definitely not going to keep me away when I want a special treat!

They cook to order so your food is always fresh and hot! So it’s always good! You do have to wait about 5 to 10 minutes depending on what and how much you order. But like I said it is good! Also their Custard is really good they have what’s called a mixer I believe and you can mix in different toppings and that makes it even better OMG…Sooo Good!

We had drive thru wile on vacationing here in Florida. We really enjoyed our meals. They forgot to put the fries in my bag but they were very kind and apologized when they corrected the order. Both my kids & myself loved the butterburgers, onion rings & shakes. They don’t have a Culver’s were I live but when I travel I will put Culver’s in the rotation.

Ordered 2 fish sandwiches, 1small fry and 2 small sodas…over $22. I know eating out is expensive – but when I lifted the top of my bun I had a piece of fish the size of a fish stick. I showed it to the fellow that brought our fries (as he had forgotten them) and his explanation was “fish are different sizes.” So I ate that and my 6 fries..yep..we got 12 fries. We’ve eaten there before and it was very good!! However, we will never eat there again.

I I rarely write reviews, but this experience was frustrating. I ordered four hamburgers for about $30. After waiting, my kids and I took a bite and realized the burgers were cold, so we didn’t eat them.
I called the store since I was on my way to work and couldn’t return. While the staff was polite, I was given the runaround. First, I was offered replacement burgers on a future visit (which doesn’t help since I rarely eat at Culver’s). When I asked for a partial refund—because the fries and onion rings were fine—I was told they couldn’t refund me unless the burgers were returned “untouched,” which makes no sense when you have to taste the food to know there’s a problem.
After going back and forth, I was finally told I’d have to come back in person with my card to get a refund—something that could’ve been explained from the start. Disappointing experience overall. If there’s an issue with your food, don’t expect an easy resolution.

I went into Culver’s to pick up an order, I ordered online for my family. I walk in, they tell me that they were still working on the order, it was all ice cream by the way. I look at the screen, there’s absolutely no orders on it, so I just waited. The employees weren’t even working, they were to busy arguing with each other on how to spell the name “Shawn”, they were just laughing the whole place up while I’m sitting there, wasting my time for an order that should have been ready by now, the cooks were doing nothing, just asking whose gonna close tonight, still there is nobody in the ice cream area making the custard. I stand there for about another twenty five minutes, I’m already getting upset because nobody seems to actually want to do their job and make the custard, all of a sudden they finally looked at me again and ask “what was the order again?” I tell them the name and it was all custard, turns out it was sitting there the entire time. This is absolutely unacceptable, the entire time I was just waiting for the order while they had no idea that the ice cream THAT THEY MADE by the way, was ready to be picked up. This is awful service, I will not be letting my family come here again or even recommend this place to any of my friends until you hire actual workers who are getting payed for doing their own job, I will not be coming here again, because these employees were just rude and awful.
