Needs new Management …
I wish I could give them 0 ⭐️’s
waited 2 hours for a Salad,
when asked to speak to the manager, she blamed everything on the server.
The 1st picture is of Loaded fries that the manager told me that she thought I ordered as a side meal instead of a full meal.
The 2nd picture is of my loaded bake potato soup that I never got

evening manager has very good people skills. Hostess sat us in bar area with 2 younger children after an hour wait. My family went and 3 out of 4 steaks were extremely salty and scraped it off on side and showed about 2 table spoons full of it, had them remade and she still tried to send us the bill with the new steaks added in addition to our entire bill. When we brought to her attention she then acted very salty and short constant eye rolling. No people or hospitality skills at all, dont know how she even became manager. Service from wait staff was very pleasant but forgetful.

2/26 Went to lunch today. Kenny was our server again and rid an excellent job. Had the kingsland shrimp and steak, baked potato, wedges salad, grilled chicken and Mac and cheese. All good. Pasta was a little spicy, wasn’t expecting that, but good.
11/25 Went to lunch today for my birthday. Had a large crowd of 10 people. Kenny was our server and did an excellent job waiting on us. Coconut shrimp and the bloomin onion were awesome as always. I tried the Delmonico steak medium rare and it was very tender and juicy. Expensive but very good. Will order again. I also got a free dessert. No loud music this time. (Updated 11/25)
The filet was good, Brussel sprouts were awesome. Music was too loud.

We went to this location after my daughter’s basketball game. Party of 3, arrived at 8pm the restaurantwas fairly empty, only a few other parties. We were seated right away, and then waited almost 20 minutes before anyone came to take drink orders. We ordered drinks and appetizers. They arrived another 20 minutes later. We ordered food and it took another 25 minutes. In the midst of all the waiting, our waiter never checked on us (although he stayed at the table behind us most of the night-joking and laughing). We got our food- part of the order was wrong. Took another 10 minutes to fix it. Again, the waiter never checked on us. We finished eating and waited for our check. We finally had to ask the bartender to please either find our waiter or a manager. The entire dinner took us almost 2 hours. Our waiter never seemed to acknowledge empty drinks or anything. Just very poor service all around.

Me and my mate got complimentary bread, we both had the sirloin, the 6 and 8oz. Hers came with shrimp. We both had loaded baked potatoes and house salad a w/ ranch. The potatoes were small (about the size a baseball). Mine had apparently been over microwaved because the ends were extremely hard. Asked for extra butter (never received). The complimentary bread w/ butter was delicious. The salad was rather small but the dressing was delicious.

The place is amazing. The manager is rocking it. She has the best staff from the servers to the bus boy tram to the kitchen. We had great food, excellent service and it was busy and crowded. We had a large group. All exceptional. We’re not sure how she does it but everyone there was so polite, 5 STAR service.

Excellent experience at Outback Steakhouse! My wife and I ordered the Alice Springs Chicken, and it was outstanding—tender, juicy chicken topped with bacon, mushrooms, melted cheese, and honey mustard. The food was served hot and fresh, and the service was friendly and attentive.

First off, the waitress was pushy and a little rude. She was taking me and my guest order and when I asked him to order what he really wanted, she butted in and chose for him. I let that slide. Then, the food took a put 45 minutes to come out and there were only four other customers in the place! The sweet potato was so small and the 8 ounce steak was so dry and hard and unseasoned. The chicken breast was undercooked. The only thing that tasted good was the sweet tea. This was my first and last visit to this location. I did not get my money worth on the meal or customer service.

I would like to thank Will Thomas and his crew for bringing this location back to its pre-covid success. Back of the house killed my steak, perfectly ooked medium rare temperature, juicy full of flavor. Front of the house all pre-bussing and turning tables. Kasha was our server had the absolute best personality and attentive to our needs. I suggest everyone go try it out. Don’t take my word for it seeing is believed. Again Will Thomas great job.
