As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Standing outside the walk up windows right now and no one has opened the slider windows to help me in over 10min. Other people standing here too. The drive thru windows keeps opening up to give people food but not the walk up window. I tried to order on online and it went through and took my card payment but then they canceled my order. Everyone that walked up ended up leaving. Try a different location. Too bad too because I was feeling it for Ralleys today.

I had such a great experience thanks to the tall girl working at the register today! She was super friendly, patient. She handled everything quickly and efficiently, but still took the time to be kind and personable. She made my whole checkout experience so easy and pleasant. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and keeping things running smoothly. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys their job and treats customers so well. Definitely appreciate her great attitude and positive energy — she deserves recognition!

First time here and Absolutely loved their food. Only outside seating and at first we weren’t sure if they were even open. Food came very quick, husband and I got 2 Large Buford Cheeseburger Combo meals with fries and drinks for less than $20 total and for the quality, quantity, and price you just can’t find that much nowadays. I would compare it to Five Guys or In N Out except the Fries are similar to Arby’s curly fries without the curl. There is no public restroom at all and fries are pretty greasy so bring something to clean your hands with if you’re eating there. Would recommend getting to go especially if you’ve never been.

Today’s experience was made nice by the manager who took the time to ask how the food and service was after we ate. When she learned the drink was overly filled with ice, she offered to refill the drink. What a great experience!

This location is very unprofessional. I ordered ahead and came to the drive thru. I was told that they were still working on it and to pull to the front. After 15 minutes I walked to the window to check on my order and they had it sitting at the drive thru window. My order was cold after they forgot about me so I asked them to remake it. I ordered two triple bbq bacon burger with the bbq on the side but they argued with me and tried to charge .75 extra for the bbq sauce. When we checked our burgers we noticed that our triple burger only had two patties. At this point I didn’t want to bother with another remake so I requested a refund and they rudely gave me a sketchy looking receipt with no explanation then closed and locked the window. This place needs a complete revamp of their staff and extensive customer service training. I feel really bad because Rally’s food is so tasty and everything else in the area closes early but I will never eat here again.

8/20/23 $11.12 ordered Big Buford combo and it was delicious! I liked the seasoned fries. They gave enough ketchup for 3 people. The burger was cooked to perfection! Well, seasoned meat patties, fresh tomatoes, onion, and pickles. I was impressed by this meal. I had never had Rally’s before.

Door dashed our order so i cant complain about the slightly cold food. HOWEVER I got the Philly Cheesesteak Burger (no bacon) and it is one of the saddest things i have eaten in an extremely long time. im not exaggerating when i say that i got 1 grilled onion. like one small slice. no more. no less. the “philly steak” was just small burnt bits that look like what you scrape off a burger pan after cooking. and the burger was so small i almost thought i was eating white castle…. and while i appreciate the gesture of adding one bacon piece to an order where i specifically chose something to not have bacon. (yes i made sure i didnt get the bacon version) that kindess was overshadowed by how floppy and borderline raw the bacon was…. i got through one bite and couldnt continue. i dont know how someone manages to make something this bad but somehow they got my money for it. absolutely disgusting… my partners burger and garlic parm fries were not any better. I love rallys but this is a terrible location. My recommendation is order somewhere else.

I order here on the app 2-3 times a week, and it’s gone to trash, zero customer service, 15-20 min wait past ready for pick up text, kids who can’t even speak running the register standing there not knowing how to do ANYTHING, managers response “we got busy” continued to take orders and serve others than told me they gave me an extra fry which they did not. Be better, don’t offer fast food if you can’t keep up
