Sitting in the bar takes this place to a whole other level. Such a great experience! Got a quick lunch and was treated well by the waitress along with the kitchen manager who delivered our food. Seemed like a great team since the waitress was so busy! Such a friendly staff and positive experience for a quick lunch!

Took my mother out for lunch on Christmas eve and I dont think I could’ve picked a better place to eat. The food was amazing and the service was even better. We had Tasha as our server and she was as sweet as can be. She constantly came by to check on us and took care of us the whole time. The manager daniel showed us to our table and brought us some fries to get started. He was genuinely so nice even gave us a gift for Christmas and checked on us throughout our meal. This place deserves more than 5 stars honestly! I’d highly recommend coming by there. Ill definitely be back.

We have only had 2 good experiences with this location and it was during the week and with the same server. Shame on me I forget her name but she was absolutely phenomenal. If we go back it will only be during the week.
We have not had a single good experience during the weekend. They have forgotten our appetizers or brought out the wrong appetizer almost every time even when we don’t ask for much. Last night, we asked for a basket of fries first thing since they are bottomless with the order. We also asked for the camp fire sauce and ranch. It was never brought out. At least we got the mozza sticks. Later, we asked again for fries with the sauces and we were only given fries. We understand orders will take longer on a busy night but when we finally received our food, it was cold like it had been sitting for some time. To top it off, my husbands order was also incorrect and we waited a while for our server to come check on us so we can get this corrected. She was too busy so my husband walked up to the kitchen to get someone’s attention and have this fixed. Overall it was very disappointing especially for the amount we spent.

I dont come to Red Robins very often, when i visit my sons family in Lincoln California there is one we like to go to, but this one in vegas is pretty amazing. Not so much the food but the people who work there. Dont get me wrong, the food is amazing, but the hosts and servers are what make this place a cool location to sit down and have a meal, watch a game or 2, have a beer, ect.. If your in the area, i highly suggest checking this place out!

Very loud restaurant. The server was amazing and she was absolutely sweet. Took care of us greatly. The food was okay… We got of course our endless fries but we had to ask a few times for extra sauce and stuff. Not a problem. The restooms we’re clean.

Genuinely, I am absolutely astounded by the customer service skills of both employees and managers at this location, Any time we ever had an issue they have rectified it, immediately, the staff are among some of the most compassionate and well mannered staff I have ever had the pleasure of being in contact with. Genuinely Daniel was so kind and Kiara was an absolute peach to talk to, if I could give ten stars I really would because this last experience has genuinely shocked me in the best of ways. Human kindness and compassion is alive in well at this Red Robin location.

The waitress was awesome, ask for francine!!!! She made sure drinks were always full. The burgers were amazing as usual. Finally, the taste of REAL meat!!!! Bottomless frenchfries and the tea was delicious. A good tea is super hard to find. Red Robin nailed it!!!

We were seated quickly and our server was very nice and attentive. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable.
Appetizers were okay- fried pickles and onion rings tower. I had a chicken wrap that was served in a little pool of water/oil so messy picking up. The contents were room temp and appeared to be prepared in advance and reheated. My two sons had no issues but my wife says her burger left a lot to be desired. Love the staff but the food left me dissatisfied.

Red Robin has really been stepping up their burgers lately. We went there for a late lunch. The place was pretty empty… We were seated at a booth that frankly needed to be re-stuffed. I sat down & was immediately greater with the feeling of 2X4s cutting into my legs. That doesn’t make for a comfortable visit. However, our server was pleasant… We asked for crispy fries and we were thrilled that we actually received crispy fries. The burgers were tasty as was the appetizer we had (pretzel bites) … All in all it was a good experience… My only suggestion would be… when the restaurant is that empty maybe give diners some space…. maybe leave a table or two between us all… Rather than pilings us all in side by side … it would be a better dining experience if we weren’t talking over each other’s conversations. Just a thought for when it’s not super busy!
