Food was awesome..service? I can’t remember her name, but she has glasses and red hair and DID NOT want to do her job. The food was delivered fast, but after that? Idk where she went. It was a good 20-25 mins before we saw her. No drink refills, no asking if everything is ok…It was, but thats not the point. I told another server I wished she was ours because of how quick, diligent and friendly she was. I finally asked a manager if we could get our to go boxes. I think he must’ve said something to her because her attitude got worse when she delivered them. Food was FANTASTIC tho. Everyone else was great.

Service was horrible. Our waitress didn’t seem to want to be waiting on us. We were seated immediately when the 3 of us came in. Not sure how long we had to wait for our waitress to even take our drink order. Rolls were cold. Had to ask another waitress for napkins, salad had alot of browning spots, my daughters steak wasn’t cooked right but she excepted it, no sauce offered, had to wait until she came back with a drink refill to ask for some A1 sauce. My son asked for a to go box but wanted to order dessert we wasn’t asked, as soon as she handed the box to him she left. Came back left the bill on the table and left no words said. He got up got a menu from the entry table and waited still no waitress. We got tired of waiting and had to ask the other waitress to take our payment, was asked where we were sitting and we told them she said I’ll go get your waitress, I told her we would just pay one of them, but they wouldn’t take payment had to get our waitress. My son paid and still nothing was said. No thank you or nothing. No plans on coming back!

My family came in for a late lunch on a Monday. We are aware that coming in when it’s past peak hours, we could get screwed with service, but Karen did a phenomenal job taking care of us. She was kind and attentive!
Our food was delicious, and my steak was cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend!

My family and I love Logans. However tonight our experience was less than stellar. Food was good, service was TERRIBLE. Kenzie was our server and from the moment we sat down to the very end she was unpleasant, unfriendly, and seemed to be annoyed that we came in to eat at all. It was pretty slow for a Sunday night so I thought it would be nice to get a 6 top and make some tips but she did not want to be there or do her job. We barely got refills and then when she dropped the food off she just held it in front of our faces expecting us to grab the plates instead of placing them in front of each person. I don’t mind helping if the server can’t reach but this was just pure laziness. We had a spill while she was at the table and instead of offering to grab more napkins, like any other server would, she just looked at the spill, then us and walked away. Several times I saw her just sitting in the booth at the back. It wasn’t like it was the end of dinner service either. I’ve been in the service industry for many years and this girl should definitely find a different job. I get people might be having a bad day but fake it for the few minutes you’re at the table serving customers. Glasses and red hair, customers beware.

Chelsea was awesome. We had a big group, but she let us sit at the bar area and did a great job serving us. The salmon and shrimp was delicious. The cocktails were great and even though they were really busy we didn’t wait long for food or drinks.

I went 2 nights. First night I had the pork shank dinner which is a 10 out of 10 for me. 2nd night I had the 1/4 BBQ chicken dinner. That was also very good. I recommend going there if you are the fence like I was. It’s a great place to eat and not as loud as texas roadhouse. I’ll be back!

Had high hopes but it was definitely not what we expected. The hostess sat us upon entry and our waiter/bartender/possibly the manager took our order after a few minutes. It was a little busy but not full and there were staff members everywhere. He took our drink and food order and once our drinks and rolls were delivered he never approached our table again. We were sitting by the bar and our “waiter” was busy making drinks or at least pretending he knew what he was doing behind the bar. It was over 30 minutes before I got his attention and asked how much longer. He went back and how ironic our food was ready. His comment to us was “it was only 18 minutes, you never know what kind of service you get when you go out to eat .” His comment was very rude and his attitude sucked. I know what time our order was placed, he must not have put our order in right after he took it. Our food was ok but not worth $50. I had to ask someone for a to-go box. We were going to ask someone for the check but he eventually came with it and said nothing to us. I will not recommend this restaurant and we will not be returning.

Friendly service, the restaurant was pretty clean, and the atmosphere was what you would expect. The food was pretty mediocre. The pulled pork was pretty fatty and the corn lacked flavor. The steak salad was good – they did a nice job on cooking the steak. The buns were very good. Overall I’d recommend stopping here as the options in the area are pretty lack luster.

I WISH I could rate SOMETHING, but service is all I got…..smh
Me, my husband, our daughter, and my mother in law (who has very bad mobility issues were on a ten minute wait for a table) were eventually sat at a table against the left wall, in front of the larger corner booth. A young woman our server(dark hair & glasses), came up to us and said, “I’m sorry, but I have to get this tables order & drinks and I will be right with you.” Being in the restaurant industry for so many years, I completely understand, no problem. She takes their order, walks past us to go get their drinks, and brings them out. She stops at the table next to us on my right, they were complaining about something, walks to the back, goes to the table again, walks back AGAIN. By this point it’s been about twelve minutes since she said she’d be with us & she walked back & forth about 7-9 times. I stopped her and asked for another server. She replied, “I told you I had to get the tables order and drinks…” Although she had already done so & if she had stopped and said I’m sorry, I am a bit behind, it wouldn’t have been a problem. I said that’s not my problem…and it’s not. I then asked for the manager and she said, “Well, he’s in the bathroom. I can have you moved to another section.” I told her no, we’ve already been seated. She said, “this is MY section!” Which I know that, but are you serious??
Again, with my 20+yrs experience, I am an incredibly understanding person who gets it. I am usually the one to prevent another person saying something to the server. It was the fact that she walked past us 7-12 additional times without even saying another word was a bit ridiculous. Not to mention that when I brought it to her attention, she copped an attitude with me. My husband was not happy, so we left. Funny, as we’re walking out she’s speaking to the manager (who was in the bathroom???, like ewww…I didn’t want to know that & he’s right there ) We’ve been here many times visiting my mother in law and we’ve NEVER had an issue. This was just ridiculous and you truly would’ve understood had you witnessed it.
If you want to go to a restaurant and wait, to be sat and wait longer, go here.

Well, we have been to Logans so many times that I started to try other menu items than our go to chicken or steak. The grilled meatloaf is now a family favorite. I know it sounds weird…but try it, you won’t be disappointed. Also, I love the lemon chicken bowl. Its a sharp, lemony chicken with a creamy rice base for balance. There are also always good deals in the app and points rewards.
