Is this McDonald’s under new management??? I have lived in this area for nearly 8 years, and I have gone to this McDonald’s many, many times before with little to no issues, BUT the number of issues I’ve had within the past week or so have been ridiculous. Today was the last straw. I ordered oatmeal, and it was swimming in water. Oatmeal particles were literally floating around. I could actually drink the oatmeal. I went to the very RUDE morning manager to ask if it could be cooked or remade, and I was told she could give me dry oatmeal and hot water, and I could make it myself! She was very rude and nonchalant. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a pic of the watery oatmeal. This isn’t even including when I went this past weekend, and they literally gave me dry oatmeal (pic included). Thankfully, after I brought it to their attention, I was given some properly made; however, this is not to mention a strong, fishy tasting filet o fish I was given a week before. I’m not sure what has happened with this location, but I’m willing to drive an extra mile or two for better food and service. This place is horrible. If you go here, and you’re in drive-thru, CHECK your food before pulling off. Be prepared to leave just as hungry as when you arrived.

Everytime I go through the drive thru I have to pull around and wait. I’ve even had to pull around and wait when nobody was behind me! It’s not even a complicated order. A quarter pounder with cheese and fries. Whatever happened to the good service there is now a thing of the past. I will be going to another McDonald’s from now on.

My girlfriend and I used to order through the app all the time, but after three times of them messing up my food, we stopped. I used to order the double quarter pounder with cheese, but then stopped because they kept giving me the single. Each time I would show them my receipt, show what I got instead, and asked if I could have it fixed, and all three times they said no. According to the managers I spoke to, they couldn’t fix our order because it wasn’t placed inside the restaurant. They told us each time it was an app error and to take it up with the app instead. Mind you, our receipts matched our mobile orders, meaning whoever made our orders was the one who screwed up, not the app.
This has been an issue even when I used to work there back in 2017. I vividly remember a woman coming in from drive thru saying her order was wrong, and the managers told her they wouldn’t fix it because it was a drive thru order. If she wanted it fixed, she had to wait on drive thru all over again. So it’s nice to see that hasn’t changed, and it seems to be just this one location with this ludicrous stipulation. No other fast food restaurant or other McDonald’s location does this.
Even when not using the app, they still don’t get our orders right. We ask for sauce, they give us none. I asked for a cheeseburger with no pickles, they gave me pickles. She asked for a McChicken with extra mayo, they barely gave her any. Now we ordered a kids meal and they forgot the drink. Forgetting to give us our drinks is another common issue I’ve been having.
At this point, I’m convinced the staff at this location doesn’t care. Almost every single time I’ve gone to the 24 Hwy location, whether we use the app, drive thru, or order inside, they’ve gotten our orders wrong. Whenever I ask them to fix it, they deflect the blame or, on the off chance they do fix it, it feels inconvenience to them.

As a patron and doordasher I’ve experienced more problems with orders being wrong (having to return to store) then any McDonalds ever! As a Dasher I lose money because of orders being wrong. It’s so frustrating!

I ordered two breakfasts online before 10:30 and selected drive-thru pickup. When I arrived, there were several cars in line. At the window, they told me they couldn’t give me my order because it was already 10:30 and they no longer sell breakfast. They said that ordering online didn’t guarantee I’d get it because I had to be physically present at the restaurant before 10:30. Where does it say that? I’m also a restaurant manager, and I try to provide the best service to customers and have their food ready on time, no excuses. They need to improve their service at this location.

Burger is always raw still. Does no one check the equipment here? It’s not employee issue when it happens on almost every visit. This is why everyone is at Popeyes everything on this side of the bridge is crap.
I normally get chicken but at this point I can’t trust yall to cook the chicken throughly! Yuck.

I have been to many McDonald’s restaurants but this McDonald’s runs out of or has something being worked on every time I order. Either, I’m unable to get the sandwich I wanted or the drinks I ordered . Either way , not great way to keep your loyal customers

I will say that this mcdonalds dies have the best burgers I’ve ever had from mcdonalds
The chicken nuggets are fire aswell but let me say this if it seems like the people are being short with you there im sure its not personal that location is pretty stressful but for the most part customer service is great but even when there at the end of the shift and there about to close they are still gonna make you the best McDonald’s you’ve ever had so I would highly suggest to give it a try

Spent 5 minutes waiting to order, no.way for me to order at the self kiosk because I had cash today. Couldn’t get any of these people to even look at me. Burger King wasn’t as good but I didn’t have to stand there at the counter waiting and hoping someone would even take my order

I was in line this morning at only about 10:25, but the breakfast signs were still up. There were two cars ahead of me and several cars were already in line for orders. Just as I pulled up to order, everything changed to lunch. I told the young lady I was waiting in line for breakfast (since everything showed breakfast when I entered the line). She just said without hesitation “We are serving lunch now”. So I sad never mind and left. Why couldn’t she take my breakfast order? I was the last car in line and it couldn’t have been much later than 10:35??!! Again, I was there before 10:30 and waiting in line to order!!
