Disappointing experience. I stopped in to grab food at the airport before heading home and was surprised by how rude the staff was. The front desk was cold and unwelcoming, and the waitress at the bar, was curt and dismissive throughout service. Her attitude noticeably changed when the bill arrived and she suddenly became friendly. Additionally, the broccoli came with several ingredients mixed in that were not shown or mentioned online. The photo made it look like plain steamed broccoli, and I was just looking for a clean grilled chicken and broccoli meal. This really missed the mark

Had a late night meal at this Carrabbas and it was a good meal! Close to closing so we got the last of the lasagna and it was delicious. Other items were running out too but the soup was good and the salad was fresh. Not bad at all!

Mo, our waitress is absolutely the most sweetest, friendly, and personable server that we’ve had in forever! She gets a big 10 from us! Our meals were delicious! Recommend the filet with Marsala sauce! He said it was amazing!

I recently dined at Carrabba’s Italian Grill – Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
After being seated at a table, I waited approximately 10 minutes without receiving any acknowledgment or service. No greeting, no water, nothing. Eventually, I left the table and moved to the bar in hopes of getting served more efficiently.
The bar top was filthy. I had to clean it myself before sitting down. That alone set the tone for what followed.
They didn’t have Chianti that was listed on the menu. From that point forward, I had to ask the bartender for absolutely everything — water, utensils, refills. There was no proactive service whatsoever. It felt like unless you specifically requested something, it simply wasn’t going to happen.
The food was decent, I suppose, but far below what I expect from the Carrabba’s brand. It tasted rushed and underwhelming — borderline microwaved. It certainly did not reflect the quality standards typically associated with the chain.
What’s most frustrating is that airport chain restaurants seem to operate under a different — much lower — standard. At Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, it feels like establishments know travelers have limited options and time constraints, so they get away with terrible service and inflated prices. And they continue to get away with it.
Honestly, I would rather go to McDonald’s – Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, pay a fraction of the price, receive the same level of service, and expect similar food quality. At least there, expectations are aligned with the cost.
I’m disappointed not just in this location, but in what it represents — a business charging premium prices for a substandard dining experience. We, as customers, deserve better. Carrabba’s standards should be higher than this, and as consumers, we should expect — and demand — accountability.
We’re better than this.

Aiysha was very welcoming and pleasant. She had a nice smile and positive attitude and was gracious in ordering our drinks while we waited on our waitress. Dinner was ok. Pizza was warm not hot and waitress wasn’t very attentive.

If I could give this review a zero, I would. The service was bad from the start. They had a lot of tables empty so I was surprised it took so long to get waited on. One of the items we ordered was the Calamari and had to pick through all of the breading to find any squid, we did find some small chopped up pieces. We asked Tiffany, our server when we were first seated if she thought we could get our food in time to make our next flight, she acted as if she could have cared less and told us probably. There was a coupled seated behind us and as I was standing waiting on Tiffany to bring our check they looked at me and I told them I wouldn’t bother and they got up and left because they still hadn’t gotten to order yet. Most Carrabba’s that I have dined in is really good. This one was not.

We came in while waiting for our layover to Tampa and Shenika was our server. She was AMAZINGLY personable and attentive. Not just to us, but all of her guests. I was most impressed by her multi-tasking ability while also being so kind and friendly. And patient! This was our first time trying this restaurant, but if we ever come back to Atlanta, it won’t be our last! Thank you for your service, Shenika!

The hostess and wait staff both greeted me with big smiles and positive attitudes which is rare today, especially in a busy airport. The waitress was attentive and kind when I needed a bit of help with the app to pay. I will go out of my way to return when passing through ATL.

The food at the airport is a little sad compared to the usual stand-alone locations. Our server was very nice and we got our food sooner than I expected. Overall an ok experience.

4.5 – There is a ten minute wait to get in here as it’s a busy airport, but the line moves quickly and it’s worth the time. The space is large with one side looking out at airplane traffic arriving at gates. Our waiter was upbeat, entertaining and he knew both the menu as well as customers. Our two martinis had good pours and were served chilled with lemon twists. Two salad choices came with dinner. We got one of each and both were satisfying. The meatball appetizer was moist and flavorful. The Chicken parm and Chicken Bryan mains were very good and appreciated.
