Apparently online orders are written in a unknown language because the fact you got a order on a screen and cant handle doing it correctly is ridiculous. The workers dont care about your money or if you want a simple drink done correct they manage to even do that wrong.

Really bad and slow service I literally came out the drive thru and they forgot my bag of ice. And waited 45 min for a BAG OF ICE. And it wasnt even busy because they had the manager picking up trash. Like how is that possible. They need new staff literally because its crazy. They had cars honking and getting customer’s upset. They need better management ASAP.

This place has extraordinary ice cream treats! Really delicious onion rings, and a rather tasty hamburgers too. Quick service from friendly staff. It looked clean and we’ll maintained, out side seating only. Indoor eating area and a tad spendy for what you get are my only complaints. Would recommend for fast meal on the go.

Worst sonic. I live around the corner and wish I didn’t come here often for the sonic blasts. You wait for a half hour and then when you get it you have to go back and wait another half hour to get it fixed. I ask for whipped cream and hot fudge topping and it says it comes with vanilla ice cream but when I get it, it’s seriously like they gave you nothing but hot fudge… it happens over and over at this sonic, but not at others. Don’t come here unless it’s really worth it.

Wait is soooo long and we are the only customers in the drive thru and outside there is nobody else either so idk what’s the holdup. Wish service was as fast as Taco Bell across from here. Service was good though just slow. Perhaps it’s just one person doing the work but hey thx for dinner

After waiting for 7 minutes, with no line to even have a server come on the mic, ordered sonic cheeseburger combo with no onion extra pickle, no salt on the fries. It came with extra salt and regular pickle. Also ordered supersonic burger combo no salt, it was heavily salted as well both fries were cold. Sent them back for unsalted fresh fries. Couldn’t pay for my meal at kiosk because the machine was down, wasnt notified that until my food arrived.

Sad to say it, but yeah its just o.k. I’m basing this off of customer service and time. The food is always good in my opinion. Especially the drinks. O.k. lets drive in.
So I went here twice in one day to check out this location. The first time I ordered a drink and a twisted pretzel. Ordering was very easy and paying at the kiosk is simple too. It took ten minutes from order to car side delivery for these two items. I also took into consideration that it was lunch rush.
The next visit that same day was around 4pm. This time I went through the drive thru and ordered a couple chili cheese conies, a burger, tots, and another twisted pretzel. This time it took forever. I waited patiently for 15 minutes at the window. My food was given to me. I checked the order before I left and they forgot the tots, but kindly added them when brought to their attention.
All the food was good and the staff was very nice. When I got home I checked out the food a little closer and everything looked good. I was a little disappointed with the amount of chilli cheese on top of the foot long conies though. Everything still went down the same though hahaha.
