We visited this place for the first time and had a great experience. We ordered the grilled and folded veggie quesadillas and the bean and cheese chimichangas, both served with guacamole and sour cream. The service was friendly and attentive, and they offer Pepsi products. They also have really great complimentary bean dip, along with chips and salsa. Just a heads-up—make sure to bring a physical payment card, as they don’t accept Apple Pay or other contactless payment methods.

Stopped by here for a quick bite to eat before heading to the pumpkin patch with the grandkids. The service was fast and friendly, and the food/drinks were delicious! I ordered the flight of margaritas and it was so much fun to try the different flavors.

Staff was friendly, food was good, but a little pricey. They have signs mentioning a staffing shortage and to expect delays, but not too bad of a wait for a seat at lunch on a Saturday, although little bit of a wait for food. They would probably be the best Mexican restaurant in town if they served Coke instead of Pepsi. If you haven’t already, give them a try!

This is your typical neighborhood Mexican place. The chips and salsa and bean dip when you sit down are delicious!!
The restaurant wasn’t very busy and the service was good. It took a bit to sit us even though there was a ton of empty seats.
The food was alright, nothing spectacular, but good. I had the fajitas and the steak was over cooked. Everything else was good.
The portions were pretty big and the flavors were good!

Enjoyed the food and had great service. I do think the manager and owner can clean it up a little. There is splatter on the walls near the booths and dust on tops of the seats. The windows could be cleaned up. The patio was not open which was a downer since it’s been 80* out.
Side note: maybe add more Mexican colors inside and turn the lights down lower. That would spice this place up a bit.

We ordered same day catering from Serranos yesterday for a party, when our other food plans fell through. They made it SO easy! We ordered the Fajita feast for 6 people, times 4, as we planned for around 24 people. We ordered two chicken, and two steak. The cost of around $130/feast seemed a bit high, but when it arrived, I think we could have EASILY fed 40-45 people with the amount of food that arrived. Delivery was on time, well packaged, everything was piping hot, and the food was better than expected. We will definitely remember Serranos the next time I need to feed a crowd!!

Love this place fo family dinner. Staff is friendly and so personable. Food was top tier. Even when it’s busy, it isn’t too loud which allows me to bring our autistic kiddo which rarely gets to happen.

We ordered a variety of platter for a family Christmas Eve celebration for 4:30. When I arrived there was a line out the door. Some people with later pick up times got their food before me. I finally received my order at 5:40. There were no updates during the wait. None of the employees apologized for the wait. Fortunately most of the other patrons that were waiting were all friendly. Serrano’s catering needs to do better!
