Heather was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we sat down, she set the tone for a great experience—warm welcome, quick service, and the kind of genuine personality that makes you feel like you’re in good hands. She anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, checked in at the perfect times, and kept everything running smoothly without ever feeling rushed.
What really stood out was her energy and professionalism. She was juggling a busy section, yet every table—including ours—got top-tier attention. Drinks stayed full, food came out exactly as ordered, and she made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable.
If every restaurant had a Heather, dining out would always be this good. She’s the kind of server who elevates the entire experience, and Applebee’s is lucky to have her.
Highly recommend asking for Heather—you won’t be disappointed.

Ayla was a great server, the atmosphere of the restaurant was great, and clean. The food was amazing, and fresh. I got the om cheese burger and it was sooo good, and the sirloin steak is to die for.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Applebee’s tonight. I placed a DoorDash pickup order at 8:30 PM, and my order contained only one item — nachos. Something that should have been quick and simple.
I didn’t end up leaving the building until 10:15 PM. I was repeatedly given the runaround, being told “we’re working on it,” “the kitchen is backed up,” and “there’s nothing I can do.” Meanwhile, I watched multiple customers come in and out picking up their orders without issue. No one offered a real explanation, a solution, or even basic accountability.
When I finally received my food, it was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. You’d think my food would be hot since they were prioritizing my order right? After waiting nearly two hours for nachos, that’s completely unacceptable.
This was by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Poor communication, no urgency, and no effort to make things right. Think twice before ordering from this location

We go here quite often and never had a bad meal. The wanton tacos are exceptional. The atmosphere is a little outdated, wish they would put a little bit of money into the place to make it more modernized. Service is good!
