First off, the service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, professional, and moved with a sense of urgency that you don’t always see anymore. I was greeted right away, my order was taken accurately, and the food came out quickly without feeling rushed or sloppy. It’s clear the team there takes pride in what they do.
The restaurant itself was also very clean and well maintained. The dining area, counters, and drink station were all spotless, which made the experience that much more comfortable. It’s always a good sign when you can see management is staying on top of cleanliness.
As for the food, everything was fresh, hot, and made exactly how it should be. The sandwiches were stacked generously, the fries were crispy, and you could tell nothing had been sitting around. Arby’s always stands out for having something different from the usual burger spots, and this visit reminded me why.
Between the great service, clean environment, and quality food, this location absolutely deserves 5 stars.
This evening we placed our order as combo meals. Was never asked the choice of drink wile ordering. Figured they would ask at the window. Got to the window, paid was never given a receipt. Wasn’t asked about drinks for the meals. Told me we didnt order meals. Even though we had ordered meals. The “manager” came to the window to ask if we wanted a refund or to be charged more for the meals… even though I hadn’t seen a receipt to even verify if I had already paid for meals. The lady was very nasty. She handed me my receipt and the wrong change. I had to pull around and walk in to obtain over $10 that they neglected to give me. The actual manager was inside and was also very rude, and short with me. It shouldn’t have been that difficult to get my correct change back or, to place an order. Poor service won’t be going back.
