I frequent this McDonald’s location because its close to my house. For a while they seem to have gotten better as far as service and actually getting orders right. But recently I noticed they seemed to be going back to their old ways. On this particular day, I ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes and cheese on the eggs, instead they put cheese on the pancakes!!!! WHO DOES THAT!?!?!

I want to start by first saying I cannot make this stuff up, I cannot believe this happened, and actually had me react out of my character and caused me to react to such stupidity of the staff, if I could I would give them no stars; today at 446pm, I visited the Warrensville center rd McDonald’s and ordered 2 Filet-O-Fish sandwiches and 2 medium fries. When I received my order and checked the bag, there was only 1 Filet-O-Fish and 1 medium fry inside. When I brought this to the employees’ attention, I was told that both items were in the bag, he came to the window 4 times to confirm this, even though they clearly were not. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the manager came to the window and I requested I have fresh food after my bag had been passed around throughout the restaurant. I received so much stank from the Manager, after asking for fresh food, I was told 8 minutes pull up. When I pulled up, I didn’t feel comfortable due to the responses I received about my order I went into the restaurant to watch more closely. When I entered the restaurant everyone was chit chatting and saying there was 2 sandwiches and 2 medium fries in there what is she talking about! Yes, I did state I am wearing Jimmy Choo eye glasses to say I can very much so see, there is no way I remained at the drive thru window and I turned in a bag with the missing food with the receipt. Every child in there because thats what they were acting like was disrespectful, I was then told I could never come back, all because your staff doesn’t know how to count, and lack professionalism. It was very disappointing that the manager did not handle this situation better. I would have appreciated better customer service and a willingness to correct the order rather than being told I was wrong and with all the additional stank. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated with more respect, but I doubt it. As a professional if I ever reacted that way in my career it would not have been acceptable.

If you’re looking for fast food, look elsewhere. The drive thru line never moves. I’m currently 30 min in without moving and it’s gridlocked, so I can’t even get out.
Typically their fries are hot and fresh though if you can ever get them.

This location usually has awesome service! However today 02/25/26 the manager Linda needed to go home and come back to work another day. She was extremely rude and showed lack of customer service not only to me but everyone she interacted with! She may need some more training because she did not display behavior of a manger.

My daughter and husband visited this location yesterday around 330pm, ordered there food thru the drive thru, realized once pulled off, my daughter was given the wrong drink, did not taste like coca cola, she then asked her dad to turn around and went inside to get an exchange or another drink. The lady behind the counter says to her, ” You came in for that?” My daughter being 16 responds and says politely “yes this is not what I ordered, it taste nasty and not like a coke, I paid for it”. The McDonald’s employee takes the drink from my daughter, opens it, pours it in another cup and taste it, to make sure my daughter was telling the truth I guess. I hope the managers can pull the cameras around that time to see what the employee did. Not only was that not sanitary by no means, but what if my daughter spit the drink back in the cup, or what if anything. As an employee, aren’t ya trained to throw any food or drinks given back to you, away. That did not sit well with my daughter, she was disgusted and didn’t even want to drink the one she remade for her. If that employee can do that in front of customers rhat couldnt believe she did that, ain’t no telling what else she has done. I think if she is seen on camera by the manager doing this, she needs to be coached or fired. This is unacceptable and nasty by all means. You dont taste anyone’s food or drink despite what the reason for return is.

Drive thru gave me cold fries I sent them back they put hot fries on top of the old cold fries in the bag than my pumpkin pies were burnt crust and no filling on inside because they sat all day. I’m going back and want a refund I’m. Taking their food back to them. I forgot why I stopped eating out and now I remember

They get everything wrong!! The simplest order is wrong. Everytimeeeee!! I got to ordering simple things because I’m thinking maybe it’s me and I go down the street to south Euclid and order the same thing 3 times after having enough and they got everything in the bag and correct with good service every time. I can’t make ts up. Even fries hot! Smh…I walked in this location last time and seen a bunch of teenagers. Just playing around. Don’t come here.

This is one of the nicer and cleaner McDonald’s in Cleveland. Service is always great, food is always hot and fresh, employees are friendly, spacious dining room for families and couples, bathrooms clean and well maintained. I love coming here for lunch. Great vibes all around.

Went through the drive through hoping to get my daughter some ice cream. After being told they were out of Oreos… decided to get m&m’s…scattered messily over the top, unmixed. About five different people came to the window, all very rude. Refused to allow me to speak to the manager, lied to me about who the manager was, refused to give me my receipt or a refund. One worker, extremely rude, yelled at me and tried to bully me out of line. Horrible people, horrible service. Unprofessional, rude, and absolutely horrible. Truly disgusting behavior and service.

Love this location. I come here often (pregnant and cravings) I normally never have a problem. The food is always seasoned well, its always hot and fresh. Today i did have an issue. I spoke with the owner and he made it right, nothing a little conversation cant fix.
