Visited on 2/28/26. 12:45pm. Absolutely disgusted. I’ve been to this restaurant minimum 50 times in the past year. This specific day I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru for two hamburgers I had to go inside and demand what I was waiting for. The manager on site has absolutely no idea how to run a kitchen I think it’s her first day in a restaurant. I finally got my sandwiches and my ice creams. The ice creams were half empty and I had to tell the staff to get back there and remake them. I get out to my car with the burgers and they are both completely overcooked. I had to go back in and demand a refund. In the time I was in there waiting four DIFFERENT customers came in looking to speak to a manager. Whoever you had on site this day needs to be fired. And the kitchen staff needs to be completely retrained. I think her name is Ashlyn, younger African American woman. Horrible, no idea how to run a restaurant or a kitchen. Completely behind on every order in a half empty restaurant with four cars in the drive thru. Embarrassing. You will not see a penny of my business again.

If you go inside and are greeted by a made up name person who doesnt speak at you but at the counter. You might get the right order or may not. If you dont have to be somewhere quickly than this is your place you want to be. There is no rush on anything, not even getting to the food timers in time. I have had better service and food at chuckie cheese served by a mouse.

Since moving up here, Culver’s is definitely my go-to fast food burger joint.
That being said, if you’re getting food from this location, your best bet is to go in-person. I’ve ordered from this location twice in the last month and both times they forgot to give the delivery person all the items.

Do not go here. Save your money and your time. I spent over 40 minutes in the drive thru waiting for my food (two burger meals, one extra sandwich) when the cars behind me started getting their food and leaving, I called. She asked my order number and I waited… Then someone comes out with the food and I asked if it was fresh or it had been sitting this entire time. He assured me it was fresh and that they had “just rebagged it.” ??… I got home (less than 5 minute drive) and it defintiely has been sitting for a long time. Its gross. Also the last time we went inside, the floors were very sticky and we had to ask for a table to be cleaned for us because every single one was dirty. I didnt leave a review at the time because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Obviously this place needs some serious help.. I dont know why I came back to this location. There are so many other places to eat that wont have you waiting over 40 minutes. A total waste of $31 and my time.

Won’t be going back here, customer service is terrible. The first time we were standing at the counter for 5 minutes and not one person came up to take our order. Just now we ordered food and sat down waiting…..we waited for over 20 minutes and watched everyone else get their food that ordered after us. Tables are dirty we always have to clean them off, have had rude cashiers, slow service, and under cooked burgers. All the other Culver’s we’ve gone to have been top notch in customer service and quality of food. Never giving this Culver’s our business again, but the way these employees act I don’t even think they care.

Waited 49 minutes for food still didn’t come tonight had to ask for a refund. 2 kids meals and a burger only. When I went up after 30 minutes they couldn’t tell me how long. Never had issues with ulcers except this location. I WONT BE BACK they had people eating in the back while everyone is waiting way too long and they all looked confused trying to put orders together. Bummer cause I love culvers

I went to Culver’s today in Waterfoord. The dinning room was a disaster. Garbage everywhere ! No ketchup in either dispenser and no covers for small drinks. Very disappointing

I went to Culver’s for the first time in 5 years. The burger wasn’t as spectacular. I remember when their bugers were fresh, had crisp lettuce, and best bacon! Now, I got a super greasy burger with not so crispy cheese curds. Sad that Culver’s food had downgraded.

Purchased 3 of the 3 piece fish dinners & they were soaked in grease, falling apart & just horrible. The cheeseburger was beyond burnt! Another trip to Culver’s to get horrible food & treated like complete trash by employees! Really no since in complaints because, the don’t refund or even give credits! They say reach us online & you get 1200 words, no response, nothing! Another $50 dollars thrown away. Culver’s used to be the best & worth the extra money! Now you are better off at McDonald’s or Burger King & that’s sad, plus disturbing! Maybe the Clarkston Culver’s still cares, but Waterford doesn’t for sure! Hopefully somebody buys it & screens employees, food quality & more! Used to be weekly or a couple times a week. Now it’s every few months, praying for changes!
