Great experience at Culver’s tonight. Wonderful customer service. And of course, the burger, fries and shake was awesome as always! The guy who served me at the counter was super friendly and made the experience really nice.

Been going to this location since I was a kid. This franchise holds high service standards and food standards for sure. Absolutely love their burgers here and of course their famous cheese curds. The curds may be pricy for fast fast food, but the texture and flavor sure beats fast food quality, even for their burgers.
On one occasion they ran out of custard and I was a bit saddened and they noticed and gave me a coupon for a free custard later on! They keep me coming back regardless of the circumstances it seems.
They also gave us the 2026 coupon calendar, definitely going to be there alot this coming year.

Ordered 2 shakes, 2 fries, and 1 ice cream sundae. Employees forgot about my order and realized this after noticing me standing there waiting for almost 20 minutes. Employee tried to hand me a bag of fries that were sitting there for the 20 minutes. I said I didn’t want them anymore since they were sitting there this whole time and now cold. I then decided to take my order to go. Once in the car, I realized that my shakes were melted, the ice cream sundae was melted, and the sundae was about 80% nuts. I’m not sure if this was a mistake or a joke, but I wanted ice cream. Not a bowl of nuts. Very disappointed with the experience this time. Employees were polite and store was clean.

Excellent food, polite and hardworking staff, clean and family friendly environment. They have never gotten an order wrong, and that is really saying something. I’ve added some photos of the clean facilities for proof. There was a team member walking around and diligently cleaning tables as we ate. And for those wondering, they do have a military discount.

What happened? My Butter Burger had what I ordered, but the grilled onions were horrible. The burger meat was very over cooked – well done? The men’s restroom has a horrible smell, urinal would not flush and the floor around the toilet is in need of repair and a new toilet installed. Food stains on the ceiling above the condiment dispensing station. The tile areas all seem to have been mopped using dirty water and smelled exactly like the bathroom. very unpleasant customer experience today. Wondering if the franchise owners ever visit this store? Guess I’ll contact Corporate.

Culver’s fish always has a sweet and buttery taste and a flaky fresh crust, and I always overeat when I visit this store. Excellent customer service, always sanitary and food delivered to your table is freshly made and hot. 5 Thumbs Up again! Give the Walleye fish and chips and never get this dish anywhere else, we guarantee it! Mark and Cindy Stanley, owner/operators, can be proud of their staff and the delicious food being served.

Standard fast food joint. Possibly considered “nice” because it’s better than Mc Donald’s or B King etc. Not as good or nice as in-n-out but similar I’d say to a Freddie’s. That’s actually exactly what it reminds me of honestly. But instead of steak burgers it’s your everyday burger that is better than the establishments I named earlier.

We come here often but usually drive thru.
It has always been fine with the occasional mixed up order, but that’s fine.
The food is fast food and it is at least one of the better fast burger places.
We decided to eat indoors this time, and it was gross.
Most of the tables were filthy. They were smeared. It looked like someone did a bad job of cleaning them.
Other tables had crumbs.
But underneath the tables were grimly, and the grout was nasty.
I went to the restroom and they were also really bad.
Grimey moldy tiles, mold, and filth on sink. And no soap, which begs the question: when are the men washing their hands?
I think that the health inspector needs to pay this place a visit.
The corner cutting had me wondering how clean the ice maker is……
Do not recommend it.
Maybe if they fix these glaring issues, I’ll update.

Staff are always extremely friendly and that’s why I keep coming back. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels and the staff weren’t this friendly. I’m blown away in a good way. Whoever is setting the standard for hiring the Culvers team…I’m very impressed. Food is always consistent and delicious too.
