This place is always busy around the clock. With so much food going out, I always hope it would be more fresh than what it is. The food sits too long under warmers, and it’s 3/5 disappointing, but at least they’re consistent!

As crazy as it sounds this was my first time at Panda Express and I was surprised at the flavor and quality of the food considering it’s a fast food restaurant. The service was smooth, the cashier was friendly and gave me additional sauces to try. Even though I went through the drive thru, I noticed a lot of families in there for lunch appearing to have a great time. So the atmosphere seemed to be lively vs at other fast food restaurants I’ve eaten at.

I love panda express the food is always good here but I went tonight and I honestly am shocked. I ordered the new special (sesame steak and shrimp) for the second time and they only gave me 3 pieces of steak but gave me 5 shrimp idk that’s crazy to me. The first time I ordered this there was plenty of steak and a fair amount of shrimp. They should have given me way more steak not just 3 pieces. I think someone should do a better job of checking the orders at the drive through just saying. Other than that the food is still good. I hope next time they give me more steak. I didn’t notice until I got home and checked my food.

This place is really well done and really cute, I appreciate the cute design and well on tasked workers, they get paid well and are always doing their jobs well on point and where they’re supposed to be, they’re also really friendly, bubbly, and quick on their toes to get everyone taken without waiting long! The food is fresh and nice and warm, also delicious! I got the classic Orange Chicken and it made me feel good and it made so much flavor burst into my mouth! The soda/drink machines are really freshly put in and cleaned out well at reasonable times like supposed to unlike other places mostly just not cleaning it well throwing it all in or not changing it, also the tea is really good too! The Manager is on point and gets to customers really fast when needed for a question or something else is needed for. My Daughters school Noble Academy orders their food as well for delivery for the kids to enjoy if they purchase food every Thursday! They all love it so much as well as the Teachers.. The Bathrooms both male and women, are really small but also really clean and cute!! The rice is perfect.. I gobbled it all up so fast which also felt good, also not to mention the fact that the Manager named Nykelia is a team player!! She was helping out her workers really well at all times we were here! I would definitely come here again definitely recommend for a quick yummy Chinese Meal!

I had the same order 2weeks ago in a different location and it was soo good. I have been thinking about it ever since. The food at this location was under par. The food was barely warm and my order was messed up. The lady did give me the chicken I was missing and it was delicious but the other orders of chicken tasted weird and was borderline cold.

Go here often but it’s consistently inconsistent sometimes the portion size changes and sometimes the food is cold and hard I guess it depends on who’s serving and preparing the food

We love the food from here but the service is not so great! We ordered our food and received the wrong food in the drive thru. It was closing time, but there were more cars behind us. We simply went to the window and asked if our order could be made correct. They informed us that all the food had been thrown away and that they couldn’t replace the food. They asked if we wanted a refund and we said yes. After the refund was given they demanded that we returned the incorrect food order back to them. I feel like this isn’t right, if you mess up an order you make the order right by replacing or refunding and also letting the customer keep the wrong food order. The store manager is rude, he doesn’t know the importance of keeping his customers happy. Why demand food back that’s going to be thrown away, why not let us at least keep the wrong food? That’s y’all mistake not our mistake!
