So I love Chick-fil-A.
However! My last few visits I have asked to substitute the kale crunch salad for the French fries and received the fries and no salad.
I have caught it both times and they have made it right, However I should not have to work this hard to receive what I have ordered.
Because of the mistake the previous times. I used more words to ensure that I was completely clear on wanting to exchange the French fries for the kale crunch salad and still received the fries and no salad.
Thank you for making it right. I’d be pleased to have my order taken with care at the start.

One of the better chicken sandwiches in town. The service is consistently super friendly, and they are impressively efficient at moving large drive-thru lines — it always looks long but goes fast.

Drive-thru strikes again! As has happened so many times, Chick-Fil-A screwed up my order again. Sadly, this one impacted my sick daughter. I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup, but received a bowl of chicken tortilla soup. Not what she could eat. Worst part is that we didn’t discover the issue until we got home. Thanks Chick-Fil-A.

The guy in the drive thru wouldn’t add bleu cheese to my cobb salad because he insisted it already included bleu cheese. Lo and behold, it didn’t. I only like the cobb salad when I add bleu cheese so it was a waste of money to me.

Food was fresh but very disappointing. It looked great but the chicken was more fried flour than chicken. My fries literally came out “half full” or whatever this is. I also asked for mayo on my sandwich and they put it on the side. What a joke.
3 stars because the drive thru line was longggg but per usual, they were super fast ! A great choice for lunch break 🙂 And as previously stated, the food was fresh.

Cookie was stale, cold and tasted like it was ten days old. Fries were awful. My soda cup was halfway full and mostly ice. Incredibly stingy on the chick fil a sauce, I had to ask over and over again for more because she’d only give me 2. Took them forever to get a root beer, I can’t image it takes that long to fill a cup up half way. Continued to call all of us by the wrong names even after multiple corrections. It was giving racist and homophobic since we’re lesbians.
