I head ordered a cup of coffee and complimented the manager of the store on how clean and bright and efficiently designed the tables and layout of his restaurant . Well I was waiting for my order to be fulfilled I was told that they had to make a fresh pot of coffee.After about 10 minutes I went to the counter to see what the delay might have been or what was going on with my order, the manager noticed me and told his employee to make a pot of coffee. Apparently there were too many other things going on back there that he had forgot to tell his employee to make a fresh pot of coffee, . After hearing that and realizing I would probably be waiting another 10 minutes I stepped outside definitely considering leaving ,I was not pleased haven’t been forgotten,but I got on my phone for a few minutes. Then a tall employee, with a spring in his step and the biggest smile I think I’ve ever seen step through the door and proudly handed me a cup of coffee. I was impressed by his mirror enthusiasm that it quickly made me forget about the incident! McDonald’s coffee is always excellent! Yes they had originally dropped the ball with the order however their recovery was exceptional!

I had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s. I placed a curbside order and ended up waiting over 20 minutes with no updates. I finally went inside, only for the staff to tell me they couldn’t find my order—and on top of that, they gave me a bad attitude like it was my fault. After that, they had me wait another 20+ minutes, and when I finally got my food, it was completely wrong.
This location is unorganized, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t value customers’ time. I won’t ever be coming back.

Last night I ordered a 4pc happy meal, a 6pc happy meal, a large sweet tea, and a 5 dollar McDouble deal and it took over and hour to even receive my food. The atmosphere here at night feels like a free for all and it was honestly very frustrating to go to a fast food place and not get good service. Management really needs to get a hold of better staff for the night.

Apparently only the morning shift that has adults working, can actually get the job done. But my goodness – Anytime after 3pm has the absolute worst service. It’s 7:30pm and my husband went to pick something up. He told the girl over the speaker that the order was incorrect on the screen. She added something extra and said she had to get the manager to remove it but the manager wasn’t getting to her. Well, she said was over her time and her mom was outside waiting to pick her up so she simply left. Thankfully my husband hadn’t paid yet so he just left to. You guys HAVE to train the young people. Have a manager or supervisor that’s always ready to assist. The attitude, lack of customer service and lack of care is beyond annoying. My husband went to the one on Walsingham and he said it was so much better. Go there instead.

pulled into the McDonalds on Seminole near Largo mall at 8 pm. all lights on, people standing near the front door, drive thru lit up all screens and lights. no one took my order or answered when I asked if they were open. so I drive up the window and three people ignored me until I honked my horn finally a young man looked over I was able to ask him if they were closed, to which he said yes. really? 8 pm? and if that is the decision, just turn the lights off if you are closed!!!

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this store and both times my food has been made by a fifth grader and thrown in the bag with nothing that resembles care. The fact that this industry is the one screaming the loudest for hire pay and they constantly drop the ball. I mean can I get a straw occasionally or some napkins. Do better McDonalds

AVOID THIS LOCATION. Seems to be management issues. 3rd time having troubles with this location recently. Issues seem to be late night shift. Ordered online and nobody to take the order through drive through. Saw several other cars leave also. After circling building and attempting drive thru a second time gave up and canceled order. Another time, went into the dining room to order qtr pounder. Took 22 minutes before order was complete. I dont seem to have trouble at other locations. When I do it seems to be a one off.
Hey McDonald’s BTW: I dont want a link so you can look into this further etc. You have all the information you need. Im not here to help your struggling franchise. If you need to look into this further, why dont you copy/paste this review and send it to corporate so they can send people down to straighten things out.

Worst McDonald’s ive ever been to. It’s the closest to me so I keep trying but every time the food tastes old, the service is horrible and the manager (rozio) is rude and disrespectful on more than occasion. I ordered a frappe and it was half full so they told me they would remake it and had me pull up. I was waiting 6 minutes so at that point I went inside and they weren’t even in the process of making it. They acted as if I was the problem and still, my frappe was given to me half full. For 5 dollars, at least fill the Cho up. And the management really needs to be looked at especially rozio, she is not friendly and has a rude and disrespectful demeanor.

Nice clean restaurant. Food is what you expect. I was accidentally given the wrong sandwich and they were both curtious and prompt fixing the issue.
