A very nice and quiet restaurant, with lovely staff. We got the wakame salad which was very nice. Also, we got the crispy rice bites with spicy tuna tartare which were amazing and my personal favorite. From the rolls we got the Rainbow roll, the Yuzu roll and the Crab miso. The Yuzu and the Rainbow were both amazing while the Crab miso one wasn’t our favorite. I really recommend this place if you are in the area and in the mood for some sushi! During high season maybe having a reservation is a good idea!

Nakama Sushi never disappoints! The food is absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented particularly the duck salad, bao ban, shrimp tempura, Ulala and crunchy shrimp sushi are among our favorite. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, especially Cyndee, who made our visit extra pleasant. The ambiance inside is relaxing and spotless, even the restroom is impressively clean. Their Halloween decorations added such a fun and festive touch, definitely a winner for me! It’s highly recommended guys!

Food was pretty tasty, sushi was a nice change of pace after all the Greek food I was eating on this trip. Staff was also very attentive and service was quick. They also have tap water as an option which is pretty rare in Athens, but a welcome option for this American tourist.

Me and my friend visited Athens the 13th of april this year. We went to Nakama since we absolutely love sushi. We were really happy with the service they provided. I usually don’t post reviews about places, but this was too good to not share a positive feedback! The girl who served us was very kind and helpful, we really appreciated it. The sushi was the best thing we’ve ever had! Big thanks to the kind girl that served us with such a big smile and kindness.

Friendly staff and lots of tasty choices. Tasted fresh which is the most important factor. The decoration and the whole atmosphere its ok but lacks of refinement. It could be also either a little cheaper or the plates more filling. We spent about 50€ two persons and I could easily eat more.

If you haven’t had the chance to try some great japanese restaurants in Athens, you won’t probably notice much of it. But if you have, you will easily understand it’s an average sushi bar. Not great, not bad, in all of its aspects. You get “sishan” level dishes with double the price . So I guess if you don’t understand much, you will have a pleasant experience. On the other hand If you have tried great sushi restaurants or you are a fan of sushi, you will feel it is overpriced for what you get. The overall experience was just above average.
