Wow, was very pleasantly surprised by our first experience at Fuddruckers! It won’t be our last. Fast food with high quality ingredients, a fun sports bar themed dining room and really friendly staff! My husband loved his elk burger. My son and I had the chicken strips and they are better than KFC, Chick-fil-A, and Raising Cane’s in my opinion! The atmosphere is clean, organized and high-end for a fast food food joint… and the food is fast; we only had to wait about 5 minutes for 4 meals. Reminds me a bit of Red Robbin as far as menu and vibe, but less chaotic and a bit more patron control – meaning, a simple menu that you order from at the counter and they call you up to get your tray when your food is done. You fill your own drinks at the drink station and get your own condiments and toppings at the toppings bar. They take care of your dishes when you are done. They use real dishes and utensils, which makes my “green” heart happy.
You can tell the leadership and staff really work hard and get into the special decorations and promotions. The place was all done up for Halloween – so fun!! Will be back!

Truly delightful dining experience. The patties are custom made, and to your preference. Not just Beef, but also others like bison and Elk with incredible taste. Everything is perfectly cooked and incredibly juicy, complemented by fresh, high-quality toppings. The buns are soft and lightly toasted, providing a wonderful base for every bite. Service is attentive and friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. It’s a highly recommended spot for anyone craving a delicious and satisfying burger.

I’ve always loved Fuddrucker’s since the 90’s. It broke my heart that most locations closed but by a miracle, the one in Lancaster, PA is still up and running! Free cheese sauce! Yes! Food is still great, they’re clean and the toppings are fresh. Did I mention the free cheese sauce? Beats any franchise burger joint to death. I’ll keep supporting this location as long as I’m living! Yup nothing left on my plate. Delicious!

The manager, Rob, is an absolute delight! He addressed all my concerns and was incredibly friendly. The food was amazing and I can’t wait to return. Clean dining area and plenty of garnishes in the bar area for making the best possible burger. 10 out of 10! Will be back as often as possible!!!

Just like I remembered! I hadn’t been to a Fuddruckers in years since all the locations in the D.C. area closed. I’m not sure why they shut down—this place is still one of the best deals around. The burgers are great and cooked just the way you want, with all-you-can-eat fries and a fully stocked toppings bar so you can dress it up your way. The customer service was fantastic. I had the chance to meet one of the managers, David, who was friendly and attentive with every customer. Great leadership and a great experience.

Place was clean and service was great! I used to go to Fuddruckers when I was young but it closed in my town many years ago. Only thing I miss from when I had it when I was a kid was there was no bakery anymore making fresh cookies for the kids. My daughter got 2 Oreos. Just a minor nitpick.
I loved the burger though. Very juicy. Prices were great and the stuff on the fixing bar was fresh and delicious. Fries were fresh and well seasoned. Thanks for a nice lunch!

Two super guys served a great lunch. Everything sooooo clean at this location and hot food was hot, cold was cold!
Even had bison and elk options.
Even nicer than the pigeon forge location we had visited previously. Glad we found it on our travels!
Ps. When turning into entrance, it looked closed. Fortunately, we drove around the building and saw that we had been looking at the back of the building!

I haven’t eaten at a Fuddruckers in 10 or 15 years, so I was excited to see this restaurant because it used to be a favorite visit. Food was filling and just like I remember, the cheese sauce was flowing! Didn’t disappoint. Bottomless fries was key to keep the kids happy. When we come back to the area, we will be back

UPDATE: 2-3 months after my first review: We have increased our patronage of the Mount Joy Fuddruckers to 2 or 3 visits/meals a week. We can’t get enough of the perfectly prepared sandwiches and fries. The consistency is always spot on (especially if Deb is near the grill.) The restaurant and restrooms are always clean and no matter who is working, they are friendly and checking with you to see if you’re happy with your food. I’ve begun rotating choices between the burger and the grilled chicken sandwich. I keep meaning to try the fish but can’t drag myself away from my favorites. Fuddruckers is where we go when we’re weary from a busy day of watching our grandchildren. We Leave the restaurant feeling rejuvenated, at peace, yet upbeat and extremely content. Do yourselves a favor…let Fuddruckers cook your lunch or dinner. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Oroginal review: Recently moved back to the area and have rediscovered Fuddruckers in Manheim/Mount Joy. We’ve come 3 times in the past 5 weeks. Was a bit surprised to find Halloween decorations up (not scary ones) but found ourselves enjoying the festive feeling of the decor and employees. My husband always orders The Hangover burger (with egg and bacon). I normally get a small plain burger because the hot melted cheese on the condiment bar is really good slathered on every bite. The condiment bar is always fresh and tasty and the burgers are cooked to your specifications. And don’t forget the hot, endless fries (I dip those in the melted cheese, as well.) My husband also likes the music selection playing ( it’s not too loud, either.) Don’t be surprised to see an employee dancing or singing quietly along. My apologies for posting a pic of our empty plates but I couldn’t wait a moment to snap a pic of our tasty burgers and fries. Fuddruckers has earned a spot on our list of weekly stops.
