We took my Mom to Black Angus, Puyallup for pre-.Christmas dinner. None of us had been to this restaurant in many years.
To our great delight everything was PERFECT! From the atmosphere, cleanliness, extremely friendly & prompt service, to the 2 for 1 meal my Mom and I ordered.
The “Hot Honey” was the bomb! My husband and I ordered Prime Rib and it too was spot on!
We will be happily returning.
In my haste to get this review out I neglected to mention how amazing the Cheesecake was; Excellent! And the Strawberry purée was sooooo, GOOD!!! I highly recommend ordering that on the side like I did and dipping into the ramekin. Heavenly!!

Prime rib and broccoli was great. The drinks were great service is great. Atmosphere is great. I would pass on their ribeye, not so good. Half of it was really tender and cooked right, The other half was very chewy, like a top sirloin. As my wife said the steaks you cook at home are way better. She won’t order another one of those.
The only reason for a 3 star was this ribeye.

The tasted great. No wait time and we were seated right away. Plenty of parking spaces. A special place for a special and intimate occasion, that’s Black Angus Steakhouse. Thank you for making our moment so special tonight.

I dined with my granddaughter on Jan 12th at the Puyallup location, and our server was Shawna.
She was very attentive, and explained all of the specials in detail.
Our food was served perfectly and promptly.
Shawna checked back with us often to make certain that our needs were met.

Quality of the food was horrible especially after waiting over 1 hour for our food. I understand it’s a Friday night, but if the food quality was great, I would put 5 stars. Server was great, but everything else could’ve been better. Bathroom smelled like a dirty wet rag. Honestly, I just wanted to bring my family out for a good meal and there’s 6 of us, and it was not worth it. $158 for trash!!! My little ones didn’t even eat their kids meal; they ordered the sliders and it was a literal cardboard to bite into. They only ate their kids meal fries. Server gets 5 stars but not this location.

I was greeted as soon as I came into the door. John the bartender did an excellent job. He took my drink order as I sat down. I ordered the garlic cheese bread and it came out in a timely manner. He took my order accurately and my food came out at the right time. My ribeye was cooked as I ordered it and it tasted good. I like the atmosphere there are tables, booths and the bar to sit at. We have draft beer and mixed drinks. The bar has a couple TVs to watch if desired.

1 star for the whole experience. I wanted to order to go but no one was answering the phone so I had to use the website. All I ordered was a burger and fries, pretty simple. The email said will be ready at 7:56pm. I get to the Restaurant at 8pm and nothing ready. And looked like he didn’t even know an order was placed. Ended up sitting in the waiting area for 20 minutes. Once I got my order I was in a rush to leave and didn’t even look. What I had when I got home is laughable. An almost empty pouch with cold fries, maybe 10 fries total. My burger had a tiny piece of lettuce very little onions or anything else and no mayo. Highly disappointed and would not recommend

We began with a lovely young woman who greeted us warmly, with a wonderfully genuine smile, congratulated me on my 75th birthday and graciously seating us.
Our server was attentive and patient. He served each course professionally and his smile didn’t hurt either! He presented my dessert with a lighted candle and a birthday greeting.
Our steaks were perfectly cooked to order and were mouthwatering good.
We had a great time here and they didn’t hurry us out the door.
To end our time there the young lady who greeted us when we entered presented me with a card she created while we were dining as we left. I am so very touched by her gesture. Thank you Fatum (or is it Tatum) from my heart to yours.
She deserves a raise folks!

I recently had dinner at Black Angus Steakhouse in Puyallup, and my server Jackie made the experience outstanding. She was attentive without being overbearing, always checking in at the right time to make sure everything was perfect. Jackie had a warm, friendly attitude that made us feel welcome and taken care of. The food came out hot and flavorful, and Jackie’s recommendations were spot on. Overall, between the delicious steaks and Jackie’s excellent service, it was a memorable visit that I’d definitely recommend.
