Bad customer service and I will probably not recommend anyone to visit this location. My order got messed up. I have attached the receipt. I ordered one fish fillet combo and requested to make it large. Ordered another fish fillet combo with a change to the drink to a smoothie. I would have have let it go but then the fish fillet arrived where it was surprise for me to get only half slice of cheese and that also was placed in the corner. When I requested the manager to review, he seemed annoyed. He even asked me what i wanted.
Great customer service which instigated me to write this review. Poor experience… Avoid if you can…!

I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s (like a lot, a lot… seriously) both across the US and internationally. This was one of the best I have visited. Nice, clean interior. Cool fancy couch. Good music in the bathrooms. And the best prep of my keto/carnivore burger ordering yet! Usually I just get bread and remove it myself, because of how often it gets messed up, but I had a good feeling about this place. Everything was hot and fresh, and delivered quickly and kindly! I saved it to my map in case I’m ever back in Ohio.

By far, the worst customer service I have ever had anywhere in my entire life. The lady taking my order through the drive-through was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in my entire life and then when I picked my food up through the window, she shoved my drink into my hand and also my bag of food and slammed the door in my face. I was the only customer there in the drive-through this behavior is extremely unacceptable and I will never ever visit this location again.

Great lovely morning heading up to Cleveland for a meeting. Wasn’t too busy, went inside and got a sausage muffin with hash brown and orange juice. Took a walk to the outside pavilion by the little pond they have. Hung out with the giant Ronald McDonald statue there. Felt zen

I normally don’t rate I I decided to rate this one. Stopped on the way to the Columbus Zoo to get a quick bite to o food. However, this was probably one of the worst McDonald’s I have been to. I decided to order inside because of the line. No big deal there. Upon .entering, I don’t believe they cleaned their glass doors for years, fingerprints everywhere! Walked in, and this was the most plain decor ever that I saw. It’s not a biggie but not clean. My fries cold, hamburger was ordered without mustard, but wrapper had mustard on it, not appetizing. The place needs cleaned up.

This McDonald’s is consistently disappointing. Against my better judgment, I decided to give them another try—and regretted it immediately. After waiting 5 minutes at the pickup window, my order was missing a large fry.
When I pointed it out, the employee’s response was not an apology or a solution, but “Do you have a receipt?” When I said no (since I had been here waiting for my food), her comeback was, “Well if you’re going to be angry, I won’t help you.”
That is not acceptable customer service. The proper response would have been something like, “Oh no, let me fix that.” Fast food employees are expected to handle all customers—angry, happy, or otherwise—not dismiss them.
Bottom line: the service here is consistently poor, and the attitude is worse. Do yourself a favor and go to another location

Okay dude straight up this is a pretty McDonald’s they have a big old Ronald McDonald statue out front with all the friends on it. If you go inside you have to order from a kiosk which felt like I paid more then I would if I went through the drive thru because idk how to order things the right way but it’s whatever. They’re short staffed like the rest of the world so I understand. They was busy when I was there but we still got our food kind of fast. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. This establishment is designed for travelers so if youre been in the road all day this is definitely a nice stop to stretch out and get a bite. I’d come back if I’m back in the area.

Why is everything off i71 near Columbus so bad. At at a Wendy’s nearby and it was bad. This place was a 10 minutes wit for fries which came soggy. Clean bathroom at least
