I ordered a large coffee at the kiosk and waited 15 minutes at the counter to pay cash. I was only the second person in line. I watched almost every order go out missing something. And the staff was all devoted to the drive thru line. Just one large black coffee took almost 20 minutes.

I love this spot but last time I went they mixed my large fry and mcflurry all in one. I didn’t order a fry mcflurry! I ordered OREO! And my chicken nuggets all had one bite taken out of each nugg. It’s chill. I’ll be back

Foodwise the single worst fast food location ive ever visited. Now im not a massive mcdonalds fan but I like it. The food i got stopping by here was inedible, it tasted like it had gone bad and would make you sick not merely taste unpleasant. Also I had to wait half an hour to get it but thats fair enough when a place is so busy. but id rather be sent away than given food like that.

We had an impromptu kids birthday party for about 15 kids, 3 to 8 years old. Showed up about 30 minutes ahead of time and the staff were super helpful and accommodating. The play place was great and the kids had a blast. Plenty of dining room for kids and adults. Wonderful service and attentive staff. Plenty of options as far as decorations and even cake if you plan ahead. Great job!

Went thru drive up handed cashier cash and I flew from her Hand instead of her saying anything she closed window wasn’t to trained in cashier position for bizy drive throw as car back up and driving off then nice young man gave me my order and I was just gonna take it for what it was got home and it was completly wrong order got honey mustard instead of hot fries cold no salt McDouble was suppose have xtra onions xtra pickle what I got was McDouble with mayo n ketchup so at that point I called she stated her name was josyln and that she was morning manger ther afternoon manger told her about what wrong with order she stated go back so loaded up went back and at that time I beilve she stated her name is josyline name tags would clear that up as I feel she didn’t want her name released as she stated she minor I’m all for younger kids working but take time do it rit ther was plenty of emplyees for it to run smooth looked like everyone chit chat ing and no concern for quality of us the people extremely disappointed a title in front of your name doesn’t mean you know what you doing crew was hurting due to lack of guidance Do better that’ all

My family was on a long drive out between states. Stopped off for food and to refuel mentally. Staff was great, quick to assist, quick to answer any questions we had. We’ve had plenty of McDonald’s in the past — what my husband and I lovingly refer to as being “made with hate” when it’s sloppy is our status quo — can confirm this place made all the food fresh and with love. Ignore the hate comments. This place was great.

Im tried of this always happen to us. Whenever I order from here. They keep missing up my order. Forgetting to put sandwich, drink, or sauce. Even during breakfast time. The burrito are cold. Its always a disappointment. Last time I drive thru, alot of them were on their phones not pay attention. No “have a nice day” or any manners.

They always forget things, I ask for mustard in my burger they’re no mustard, I order a bacon burger it doesn’t have bacon, the fries are always cold, there always something missing or I get someone else’s order or they make on right but not the other even tho it’s the same thing and the manager is always there and nothing is ever done and the employees are playing around while they’re supposed to be making the food or cleaning. It doesn’t matter if you eat there or get take out or delivery something will always be wrong.
