Went in to pick up my mobile order and several of my co workers mobile orders. I got mine but the girl told me since the other two were drive through pick up I had to get in my car and pick them up through the drive through.
I get in my car and go through the drive through like she said. When I went through the drive through they said they couldn’t find my order. I had my co workers hit I’m already here on the app to push the orders through. I go through the drive through a second time and still no orders are showing.
I’m on my lunch so I have no other choice but leave empty handed. It was incredibly frustrating. When my co worker went in they were available for her at the counter like we originally intended yet they refused to make the orders fresh. To add insult to injury they claimed they had been calling the order out for over an hour.
I really only go to Mc Donald’s for convenience, not even affordability any more because it’s so expensive. I’m going to stick to Starbucks and Burger King from now on.

the food isn’t terrible, definitely a hit or miss. their customer service isn’t the best. i made a mobile order so i can pick it up after i work late, but they had closed the store early. i was informed that id receive a refund but after speaking with my bank, they didn’t notice a refund pending or anything. called to try and get some help but the manager just said she didn’t see the order, then she tried to act confused and insinuating they never closed early. not angry but definitely disappointing. shouldn’t have to drive extra miles just to get decent food and service. maybe they need to find a way to close the mobile app if they plan on closing before their posted times.

The lady in the drive through which is the “manager” had an attitude because she only gave us 2 sauces for a 20 piece nugget and wanted to be sassy about it and say we could pay 38 cents for an extra sauce after we had already paid for our order. When we placed the order we asked for 3 different sauces . She was very rude and unprofessional and that is my main complaint. You shouldn’t smirk and smile at unhappy customers, as a good manager you correct the problem . Shame on her.

I went in for a cup of coffee on a 4hr. road trip. The service was impeccable! A staff lady wiping tables in the café gave me directions to the restrooms. The restrooms were very clean. After ordering the coffee, the very nice counter staff lady asked if I was a senior (she actually asked- I’m 71 and obviously a senior!) And then charged me $ 0.55 for the small coffee! I almost fell over! The coffee was good and I am very impressed with this McDonalds! Thank you!

I went through the drive thru, placed a $41 order (food for my kids and I), then I watched through the window as not once, but TWICE the girl stuck my chip into the machine and pulled it out instantly. This caused my bank to pre-authorized the amount TWICE, but McDonald’s system showed it as declined because the payment was stopped due to her pulling the card out too fast. I explained to her what she did, and she got the manager. I then explained to the manager and showed where the money was pre-authorized. I was then told, “oh that must be your banks problem.” I, again, explained that no, my bank pre-authorized the amount. YOUR system declined it because the card was removed too quickly. I either want my order or my money back. I was then told that they couldn’t give me my order, and I would have to wait up to 10 days for my $82 to repost to my account. Seeing that this was McDonald’s mistake for not properly training their employees, I should have been given my order AND reimbursed. I called my bank, and they confirmed the problem was McDonald’s, and my money couldn’t be released until their system notified my banks system of the canceled order which would be 5-10 days. There is no excuse for holding $82 of anyone’s money. The “system” is not an excuse. They can return money with the same urgency they take it, they simply refuse because we allow it. Anyways, this McDonald’s doesn’t train their employees on basic things. This is one of many problems I’ve had here, and now I drive across town if my kids want McDonald’s. It’s not worth the missing items or money.

Placed a mobile order and parked at a stall. Waited 15-17 minutes and no one came out. Many cars got their order in drive, even another parked car got their order. So we try to go inside and the doors are locked. We go through drive and tell them how we’ve been waiting and placed a mobile order. The order taker snickers and we pull up. The drive through girl was nice, but the second window girl was more concerned about cars racing on the road across rather than our order. Even though she HAD the sticker with our order she asked us multiple times what we got. We got home and our fries were cold and drinks were melted. Pretty upset about it and most likely won’t come back.

The service itself was fine other than having to pull over and park while I waited for my food. My issue is that the food was messed up, they added some mystery sauce to my sandwich, and I definitely didn’t ask for any modifications to the sandwich so it should have come as it normally does. I have no idea what sauce they added, but it completely destroyed the sandwich and made it inedible, I mean it was just an absolutely disgusting flavor. I did try to scrape off the sauce, but it soaked into the bread. This was a $14 combo meal, and I couldn’t even eat the main part of it. I’m tired of this location consistently finding a way to ruin my food. There’s no reason this should have happened, but this location really doesn’t seem to care what comes out of the kitchen. With the increase in prices combined with the fact that I receive incorrect or poorly made food about half the time, I’m done being a customer here. They have no interest in bettering this location so just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your food.

just ordered The sandwich fry and a drink from this mcdonald’s location can’t even follow directions from What a screen is telling them. my fries had no salt, even though I wanted extra, my chicken sandwich had no bacon that I ordered, in the sandwiches squished , you’re not supposed to man handle sandwhiches, please get better and making sure you do your jobs right

Me and my friends came to have a little late night snack, we decided to sit near the play place we know better not to go play since we’re too old but the two girls working night shift came and told us to get down in a very rudely way which offended us, as i came down i trippen and fell after they left i went to go pay as I was there waiting i overheard them snickering and laughing about how i had fell. as well as my friends order came in about 25 minutes later, the place was dead and they didn’t apologize for their inconvenience. i honestly never come here and after probably never will again.

I have been to this McDonald’s three times now and every time they get my food wrong. Last night I ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese and no mustard and it came with two slices of cheese but they did manage to not have the mustard on there. The fry boxes are barely even full. Even though they make you wait extra time for your food nothing is super hot it’s all just barely warm I will be going to other McDonald’s in Las Cruces from here on out
