Good food made to order and a popular place among the locals. It was very crowded on a Wednesday at 11am. I guess they’re doing something right. The have a good amount of menu options for both breakfast and lunch/dinner. Prices are reasonable and the staff were attentive and friendly. A picture of both the breakfast menu and the lunch/dinner menu. Check them out if you’re in the area. The homemade corned beef hash was great.

Sunshine Cafe is truly a gem! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The entire staff is professional, attentive, and clearly committed to making sure every guest has a great experience.
A very special thank you to our waitress, Ekatherine (EKA). Her service was outstanding! She was incredibly kind, professional, and polite, and her interaction with us made the whole breakfast even more enjoyable. She paid attention to every detail, made sure our coffee stayed fresh, and checked in with us at just the right moments. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers.
As for the food — absolutely delicious! I ordered the Texas Omelet, which was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and generously filled. On the side, I had oatmeal that was fresh and comforting, along with hot, fresh coffee that hit the spot. My partner enjoyed the Spinach and Feta Omelet, and it was just as impressive — light, tasty, and beautifully prepared.
We highly recommend Sunshine Cafe to anyone looking for a great breakfast spot with amazing service. All the staff are very professional, but if you go, definitely ask for EKA — she will make your visit even more special!

Our family had an absolutely amazing experience at Sunflower Cafe! I ordered the Greek skillet and it was hands-down one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Loaded with flavor, perfectly cooked, and so satisfying. The whole table enjoyed their meals, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made everything even better.

I was here several times last year while visiting. I’m back again, and nothing has changed. That’s a good thing. As far as diners go, this is a five-star spot. The food is great, the portions are more than fair, and the service is great. I think it’s one of the best breakfast places you’re going to find. I also like their lunch and dinners, especially the chopped sirloin steak. My daughter says they have the best cheesy grits in the world.

we got the greek salad and the kitchen skillet, the salad was super fresh and well topped- plus the lentil soup felt like eating at grandmas- and the skillet was super cheesy.

This is our second day visiting this diner/restaurant for breakfast, and once again, we had a great experience. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the atmosphere. The food was delicious both times, and the portions were satisfying. Prices are also very reasonable, making it a solid choice for a quality breakfast without breaking the bank. Highly recommend!

Classic hometown cafe, family owned, they keep their waitresses for years–which tells you how they run their business and treat their help and customers.
They have the fastest breakfast service I have ever seen, 3-4 minutes most of the time & 5-6 once in a while.
The food is good and reliable as is the coffee. You will often see the local deputy sheriffs eat here, which says a lot. My wife and I go here more often than any other restaurant in Fort Myers.
