The service in this location was absolutely pathetic. Servers bartenders food runners everybody standing around shooting the breeze, like customers sit at their table curious as to why no one is helping them with their orders. To top it off this is a pretty good size restaurant and in the side of the restaurant that I was sitting and it was just me and one other couple… Who is visibly getting irritated by the lack of service. It was so bad that I got up to walk into the other side of the restaurant thinking that it was going to be extremely busy just to find that the restaurant was empty… So apparently the serving staff was just entertaining themselves instead of taking care of business. Although the food was not bad, back to poor service they got my order wrong, then to push the frustration over the top one would receive the bill we noticed that it said: “for parties over one there’s a 20% gratuity automatically added.” Then the audacity of it is is that then there’s a tip line where they’re asking for additional tip… Not only did this server not deserve a 20% gratuity they certainly didn’t deserve anything addition. If the general manager of this restaurant doesn’t get as act together and get his servers in line he’ll be out of business within 6 months. I would highly not recommend this location I would go anywhere else but here.

Everybody sleeps on harbor House. We’ve been coming for 7 years in a row for their Thanksgiving day meal as a Canadian, literally anything you get is 100% top notch
Chicken tenders? Try the best chicken breaded in the crispiest batter with buffalo sauce infused in the batter instead of tossed after.
Seafood? Say no more.
Pasta? Don’t go anywhere else. You get yourself a bowl and you won’t have to eat for days.
Turkey dinner? Like your mom made it when you were 9 years old.
Service? Amazing. Kate absolutely killed it. Zero complaints. Nothing even remotely close to a complaint.
Beers? $6.50 for a TALL glass.
Wine? Whatever you want. Deeps California reds to light Argentinian whites.

Food was pretty good. We had lots of appetizers and a few dinner plates for a party of 12. The waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed in spirit and tasks, but seemed to be okay, more towards the end of service. I would recommend and have no problem returning. A good time was had by all. And the fried mushrooms and such are still delicious as ever. (I remember the Frasier location back in the day) Go. Its pretty good.

This used to be my favorite restaurant. For starters the new menu is absolutely terrible and I don’t see this place surviving unless the old menu is brought back. Our dinner was a nightmare. Went with a group of 7 and half of the entrees came out about 20 minutes before the other half and was blamed on the ticket printing machine. Half of us were almost done eating by the time the last two meals were brought out. Our sever was very nice and I honestly felt bad for her as she was trying her best it seemed like. Bartenders were pouring the wrong beers and the drinks were taking forever. I was happy with the food but the price of the new menu doesn’t even make this place worth it. All of the affordable combos are gone and now an order of lambchops with a cluster of crab legs is over 100 dollars with their gratuity. Almost double of what it was under the previous menu with the combo. Unfortunately will not be back.

Nice chill environment, perfect place for a date night or dinner with friends. The ribs were nice and tender. The crab legs are always good. Didn’t care for the shrimp. The gumbo was very good. They were tiny and overly crunchy and the fries mushrooms were a bit salty. But overall everything was good. Also very reasonable pricing.

Brook, was AWESOME!!! This was my 1st time ever being here. The food was fresh, portioned well and astomphere was CHILL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I believe they will be closing shorly for a upgrade. I will mos definitely will be back!!!

By far, it’s one of the best restaurants we’ve ever stepped foot in. Samantha (374) greeted us, seated us, and took care of us throughout the remainder of the time there. She made sure that my drink tasted the way that I wanted it to and that our food was just right. She checked on us at all of the right times and kept filling our drinks up so that they were never empty. Gave us extra napkins and just went above and beyond with her exceptional service. We will most definitely be back to this establishment. Such a clean, beautiful, warm, and inviting place to have dinner at, and the food tasted phenomenal, as Samantha promised. The manager/owner came up to us at the end to make sure that everything was great and that we were satisfied. Very pleased with everything. Not a single bad thing can be said. You won’t be disappointed coming here. 10/10, 5 stars.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant under any circumstances. The pricing is extremely high for the quality provided, and the service was very poor.
I had made an online reservation in advance, which was not reflected when we arrived. While the restaurant was not busy, this still set the tone for the evening. After ordering a drink, more than 15 minutes passed without receiving it. The server then returned to confirm the drink order, and after an additional delay, I ultimately canceled the drink because our food arrived before it — already cold.
The food itself was extremely disappointing. The chicken appeared questionable in quality and presentation, to the point where it was genuinely off-putting and unappetizing. After eating, I felt uncomfortable and unwell. Spending approximately $100 on food that was this poor was incredibly frustrating.
To make matters worse, a mandatory 20% gratuity is automatically added to each table, despite the level of service being far below acceptable standards.
Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Given the cost, service issues, and food quality, I would strongly advise others to dine elsewhere. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! DON’T!!!
