This restaurant is spotless, beautifully decorated for the holidays with little Christmas trees and fresh flowers on every table it feels warm and inviting even on a cold day.
I had a small mix-up with my order (nothing major), but the manager noticed right away, apologized sincerely, and fixed it immediately with a smile. The whole team was friendly, quick, and genuinely caring the classic Chick-fil-A service we all expect, delivered perfectly.
Food was hot, fresh, and delicious as always. This location consistently goes above and beyond. Highly recommend the Boone Chick-fil-A best fast food experience around!

Had such a great experience at the Chick-fil-A in Boone. I’ve been here a few times now and every single time, the staff has been so friendly and welcoming. You can really tell they care about providing good service. Everyone I interacted with had a smile on their face, and they all seemed happy to be there, which honestly makes a big difference when you’re grabbing a quick bite.
This time I ordered the Market Salad, which has become one of my go-to meals. It was super fresh, with crisp greens, fruit, nuts, and perfectly grilled chicken. The flavors work so well together and the dressing ties it all in really nicely. It feels like a healthier option but still super satisfying and full of flavor. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something a little lighter that still tastes great.
The restaurant itself was clean and well organized. Even when it was busy, things moved quickly and smoothly. They really have their system down, and you can tell the team works well together. I also noticed that they checked in with people eating in the dining room, just to make sure everything was okay, which I appreciated.
Whether you’re passing through or live nearby, I would definitely recommend stopping by this location. The staff alone makes it worth the visit, and the food is exactly what you’d hope for from Chick-fil-A. Good service, good food, and an overall positive experience every time.

The food tastes fine…when you get it. I’ve now had 3 separate instances of not getting items I’ve ordered or the order just being completely wrong. One instance they didn’t give me fries…OK no biggie. Another instance, they didn’t put the chicken on my chicken sandwich. You have ONE job. And this final time, I ordered a sandwich meal and get all the way home to find put they gave me a nugget meal. 1st world problems I know but come on.

Maybe it’s because it’s a college town and simply a great place to visit, but this fast food restaurant is overstaffed with smiling, helpful, polite and mannerly people. I visited on a Monday, December 26 at 600 PM. The dining area is attractive, roomy and pleasant. Everything, including the restrooms are very clean. I noticed the kitchen staff, in the back, happily laughing with one another as they worked. Clearly under good management!

I’m not sure if chick fil a has gotten skimp on their sandwiches or if they are putting the breakfast portion on the full sandwich but the size of the chicken is significantly smaller than other chick fil a’s I go to on a regular basis in Raleigh. Hope this isn’t the new norm but will definitely make me rethink spending $7 on a sandwich with a tiny piece of chicken. Also the buns are ALWAYS stale at the location. Something needs to change

Kid with an accent working the carry out proudly handed me my simple order of one meal without the drink. Even though it’s clearly highlighted in bold right there on the receipt. I was so exhausted and hungry after working all day and not being able to eat- he quickly walked off and disappeared before I could even say anything I didn’t even care about waiting on him to say something I Just left because if you’re that blind to mess up a simple order of a sandwich, fries, and a drink, i’m too exhausted to talk sense into anyone.

Unfortunately had a very bad experience with this CFA today. My work decided to order breakfast today from here, and placed it as delivery due to working in healthcare. After a conundrum of trying to place an order and their system not working, we finally got it placed around the tail-end of breakfast being served. It was delivered nicely by DoorDash. Sadly, we were missing all chicken minis with the bag perfectly sealed and intact. I spoke over the phone to a lady at this location and said there is literally nothing she can do for us since it was sent through DoorDash. While I understand, she was very rude and disrespectful towards me and gave no help to the situation. She deflected it all onto DoorDash as their issue, and blamed me for “placing my order too late”. She said I will not get any chicken minis since it’s well past the time of breakfast now and my best bet is to get refunded by DoorDash. Very rude and unprofessional. I sadly was very unsatisfied with this entire experience, including the food that was actually delivered.

Its Chick-fil-A…. what are you expecting? All are good. great food and service. Wish I could personally eat here but the family loves it for a quick-ish meal, especially when we are traveling. The atmosphere is like all these restaurants and you know what you are getting.

If you order the burrito make sure to ask for extra salsa because if not they won’t give it to you. It’s like the salsa is gold but you only get the gold if you ask nicely for extra. Literally makes the whole meal and they forget to put it in the bag every time. Ts pmo.

We had a group that traveled from Hickory to work at the Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child processing center. We ordered box meals through the the catering section. We were not disappointed. The food was ready as ordered and enjoyed by everyone in our group. This was our second time using their services and will likely continue to do so in the future.
